She could and will never be the singer, songwriter, performer, ambassador or WOMAN that Tina Turner was and still is. Did anyone remember when Diana Ross slyly dissed Beyonce without even mentioning her name at the last bet Awards? She spoke of vulgar girating and sexy clothing that seems to make women a star today. Hmmmm I dont think that she could’ve have out it any better. Beyonce you got a lot to live up to sister chile!!!!

i think beyonc’e is better than tina turnner .she’s not even making anymore songs.so she better than her.all tina turnner does is yells in all of songs and beyonc’e does not do that and beyonce can sing tina trunner can’t sing swo she needs to relax and listin to beyonce’s wonderful songs and learn something from beyonce just in case she wants to come out wiht new songs…omg!!!!

First, the two are not in the same category, Beyonce has a beautiful singing voice, just listen to “Dangerously In Love”! Tina was a great Performer, exciting and fun BUT not known for her voice.
Tina had excellent stage presence but Beyonce does too.
Because of Beyonce’s voice I would say she is better.
Kanye’s opinion really does not have any effect on me.

Personally, I think its like comparing apples to beef…..There is no comparison. Tina Turner is a legend, Beyonce may or may not be on her way to being one. But, I guess we’ll know the answer after Beyonce has been in the business for more than 50 years and looks as fabulous as Tina does at 69….and still rockin’ the stage in sell out venues!!

I disagree J, Tina has a very unique voice. She doesn’t sell out venues just because she can move. She has her own voice, powerful, deep and soulful. Beyonce’s voice is very commercial and very pitchy at times. Both are great performers, but Tina is a LEGEND. No comparison in my opinion
