I don’t think she said she doesn’t want to be called Beyonce. She is just emphasizing her alter-ego Sasha Fierce, who is well known to most of Beyonce’s TRUEST fans. Its nothing new. Its just more publicized now. Don’t make such a BIG deal of it. i really like the idea. i have started telling everyone that i have different personalities too. i am a cancer so i have many sides. i know how she feels and i really understand the concept. of course there will be negative people trying to cause problems – but beyonce has become a beautiful talented star who works for what she has – so she deserves every blessing she receives. i will definately be at the stores when it comes out.

Beyonce needs some deliverance real quick! I feel that she is a mentally unstable individual to actually do a cd as her alter-ego. I mean, really enough is enough! First her husband went from Jay-Z to calling himself Jay-Hova, the last time I looked in my word, ther was only one Jehovah and for him to make reference to himself in the same context as God says to me that he is crazy as well. They both are crazy and they both need some deliverance! They both playing with fire and soon, God gonna have to show both them nuts who he is!!!!!

I think that beyonce is the only female artist that brings something different to the table. Most female artist try to copy her style by doing the big hair, over the top dancing, and having their hip-hop boyfriends on songs with them. Regardless rather you think she’s pretty or that people hype her name up to much. Now that Aaliyah is in heaven and Janet is getting old, Beyonce is the best r&b star out there. I’m not a big fan of her acting but I give credit when some one tries to spread their wings. I love all her songs because they are fun and I can relate. When I Am… drops it’s gonna sell PERIOD.

I don’t know why people are so suprised by her alter ego. Beyonce has stated numerous times in the past that when she performs live, she is a different person on stage. A person that she named, and her fans came to know as “Sasha”. Sasha is sassy and comes hard on stage. As far as being crazy, many artists have claimed that they are different during their performances. Moreover, what is wrong with an artist that dances? Not everyone can play an instrument. Dance is an art, just ask Debbie Allen and Gregory Hines. Beyonce/Sasha likes to entertain her fans. Of course we never talk about Usher and Chris Brown doing the same.

I agree with one of the post that Beyonce is all private about her life and other things, and now that her album is coming out she is out there opening up a little and talking about “Sasha Fierce” – that is soooooooooooo juvenile. Can’t understand why anyone would have a problem with her doing her thing. Beyonce should be celebrated always. Although not perfect, she always appears to conduct herself like a lady and she does it with style and grace.
