Ashley “A.J.” Jewell’s Alleged Killer Released

Frederick Richardson, the man accused in the fatal beating of Ashley “A.J.” Jewell, the ex fiancé of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss, has been released from Atlanta’s Fulton County jail.
Richardson made a court appearance yesterday and was freed after posting a $10,000 bond set by Judge Karen Woodson, although he was initially held without bond following his arrest after the fight at Body Tap night club.
Last week a Fulton County corner’s report stated that Sickle Cell disease may have been a contributing factor to A.J.’s death. Despite the report, A.J.’s parents told TMZ that they still feel like their son was murdered: “Our son ‘A.J.’ had the sickle cell trait which caused no related medical problems during his life. We feel AJ’s death was a result of the malicious attack by the individual and/or individuals present during the fight.”
Richardson will not return to court until he’s indicted.

That is such a shame. and some bogus b.s. i have the sickle cell TRAIT and it does not cause any medical complications. it just means ur a carrier, NOT that u carry the disease. i don’t know who they’re trying to fool with that, but some of us out here are educated. try again.

I honestly feel that Fred should not have been able to post bail. What is that telling society that if some one is ill that you can kill them because the cause of death would really be undefined. That’s a bunch of bull. Now a killer is out on the road. It’s not fair to the family or the victim no matter what health issues the victim may have had.May God continue to bless you, your family along with A.J.”s family. RIP A.J.

This man should have not been released from jail on no bond whatsoever b/c he killed an innocent man and he should be punished. Kandi keep yur head up and stay strong even though justice has not been served to her and the family. him dying from sickle cell is bull&8%# because yu can’t die from it and dat was very lame to say too.
