Ciara Booed in Paris?

You would think a person who didn’t enjoy the best year professionally in 2009 would be on her Ps and Qs in 2010.
For Ciara, that appears not to be the case.
According to reports, the singer was booed for showing up 40 minutes late to a Givenchy Fashion Show in Paris.
Ciara, cited as a muse for Givenchy, didn’t start the show until she arrived. That sparked boos from photographers once they realized Ciara was only giving them a millisecond to snap photos.
Ciara did apologize for being late and reportedly took to her seat immediately in the front row after doing so.
In other CiCi related news, her old producer, Jazze Pha, has spoken out on Ciara’s recent commercial failure.
When asked about the musical direction his old collaborator had taken, Jazze told Bark Bite Blog:
“I don’t know what’s going on with her. She’s not really listening.”We always gon’ be friends but she gon’ listen to what she wants to listen to. It’s a weird situation.”
He was blunter about it on Twitter:
Well, he’s not lying. More people were giving Ciara their money when she was keeping her goodies in the jar. Ciara’s set to drop a new album later this year. Here’s to hoping she’s listening and showing up on time.

Caira is hot she reminds me of aleeyah. I’m just waiting for that album from her that is the perfect balance between the club banger and solid songs with mass appeal.

She was late big deal. It happens. She looks great. BET should be reporting that Ci is the muse of Givenchy. How many black women have been the muse of a major fashion house? Unfortunately, I am sure that list is short.
And as for Jazze Pha, he isn’t even responsible for most of Ciara’s hits. And if he’s so great, he would have produced another hit for another artist by now.
Why do people hate on Ciara? While you haters are talking, she’s getting paid…..oh yeah and CIARA WILL OWN 2010 best believe!

@Benita ummmm I’m a fan of Ciara’s BUT she will not being OWNING 20 10 at all and you know it lol… She has no good producers, marketing, or leadership around her and for that reason this album will flop like the last one…I’m with Jazze she better surround herself with the right people ASAP

Ciara can’t sing. Sorry guys Ciara can’t sing. When she was stopped on the red carpet shortly after MJs passing, they asked her what was her favorite song written by Michael and she hummed Billy Jean, but she didn’t even know the name of the song she was humming. I wish her the best. Beyonce can sing . Ciara can’t sing.!!!!!!!!!!

Ciara has talent, but she is not a “singer’s singer”, like a Whitney, Mariah, she is more like a young Janet….pretty, can dance, vocals, “ok”, but she is more of a stage performer…..she can be around for a long time (like a Tina Turner, Cher, Ann Margaret, if she keeps it classy, and doesn’t over expose herself. But she’s not the greatest singer, so she better work hard.
Beyonce has over exposed herself to a great degree, But…what has “saved” her is that she is pretty, can sing (a little better than “ok”, and you can tell from her videos and stage performances that the girl is “bad”) plus she has diversified into acting and fashion…let’s give her, her props…had it not been for that, she would probably be passe by now, so she’s doing the right thing by finally taking a breather.
