Lil’ Kim’s Fan Site Shuts Down

Lil’ Kim has always had a very dedicated following, but apparently after all these years even the most loyal fan might want to throw in the towel.
The people behind Lil Kim Fan Zone – the most popular Lil’ Kim fan site around – told the YBF that they’re officially done with the Queen Bee.
Apparently the drama started after the fan site reached out to Kim’s assistant after growing concerned about her bleached appearance and alleged odd behavior. The fans think Kim’s being brainwashed by a bunch of yes people.
Here’s what they told the YBF:
“We all know recently Lil Kim (or Ho Chi Min as you call her lol) has been wearing terrible make up and making bad career choices. So just recently (2-27-10) the fans spoke out on twitter to her assistant and new right-hand man football player Bryant Mckinnie. And they LASHED out at the entire Lil Kim Zone Forum. LilKimZone.Net is the bases of Kim’s hard core fans. We’re not some new fans. We have been holding her down for at least 15 years, and this is the thanks we get? We only expressed how we feel that Kim is the being misled to think she looks ok and it needs to stop. Not only did they get defensive but they got racial, and homophobic.
I send you this email because this needs to be exposed, Kim needs help, this could be the beginning to her intervention. We as the fans honestly believe she is being brain washed, and that she is surrounded by YES men. We dont want her to end up like Michael Jackson or Anna Nicole Smith, because we are lead to believe drugs are involved.”
Kim’s current assistant tweeted: “hurting herself with her own actions its people like you that f*ck up her pictures n post them on there site! If u r for her”
Those grammatical failures aside, the fans aren’t responsible for Kim’s face, she is. A former assistant countered these claims by reiterating the fan site operators’ sentiments.
As you all may remember, Kim doesn’t like to be asked about her appearance so I doubt this will matter either. But are her fans in the wrong or is there something to their allegations?
I haven’t seen any pictures but I do’t think her fans were in the wrong. They were just concerned. And after 15 years of support, I believe they are worth listening to. And Lil Kim’s asisstant needs to get it together and bring an actual defense instead of just bashing people, they must be getting paid a little extra to keep that secret.
I feel if u guyz are fans of Kim u will be fans of hers no matter what & stay outta her personal life. I myself became a fan of Kim after the release of Notorious Kim, I believe plastic surgery enhanced her looks, although they are a bit exaggerated now I still LIVE for her. I feel her image after Notorious Kim fit her lyrics. When she 1st came out she had the lyrics but not THE LOOK. Her LOOK was PERFECT ON NOTORIOUS KIM. I’m 1 of her hugest Gay fans & will always be.

No I dont think her fans are wrong.. I am a Old school lil Kim fan and I also think she needs to stop. Her apperance has changed alot and it seems to keep changing.. You are Beautiful Kim if there is no serious reason for these changes Please stop.
Lil Kim should have more respect for her fans. She owes them everything she has. Bigger stars like Lady Gaga, Beyonce & Madonna reach out to their fans.
Lil Kim’s fans have put up w/ a horrible looking woman, no new music & empty promises for too long. This woman needs an intervention & someone to take those goons & leeches off of her.

Good example of the fans concern is how the assistant responded to their gripe.Cursing at the fans is not in Kim’s best interest.If the people around her have her back, they would try to assure the fans that she’s alright instead of criticizing the people that buy her music and made her who she is.
Lil kim was hot but I like foxy brown better.
It is evident lil kim has a deep insecurity about her looks. I believe lil kim had an huge issue with her appearence years before she got wit biggie. And that is why i believe lil kim stayed wit biggie even tho biggie married faith, cause biggie made kim feel beautiful. But if ya notice after biggie died lil kim got the makeover. And that’s why she hung up the phone on the interview with BET after the question about looks. Cause it makes her think of biggie, the pressure of looks for a black woman in hollywood, and her own insecurity. I also do not believe the fans were in the wrong for being concerned about lil kim. And the secretary had no right to be goin off on people who actually care for Queen Bee

As a Lil Kim Fan from Day 1, I strongly agree with what the fan site did!! I thought it was just me thinking “damn Kim is dealing with something internal and its showing thru her surgery”.
I loved her before the surgical enhancements just like many others did, but I always felt BIG’s death had something to do with her getting surgery.

i love kim she has change her appearance over the years such as nose, skin, breast, and otheers things that i just dont care to know me personally i love hardore kim even mafia kim blank it i still love kim know matter what however image is everything sometimes she comes off a little to fake lookin her style as a lryics has grow for the better thou she is a amazing artist she just needs a better entrounge or should i say crew beauty is only skin deep and over all she is a beautiful person with or without hollywood know that signing out brickcity all day know thAT!

I really appreciate the REAL Lil Kim fans that left comments. I’ve come to realize that when you are an adult every decision you make is your business, we as people can’t live for man because man will always fail you. I have been a Kim fan from day one and always will be. I Love her soooo much and I really want the best for her. Some of the USED to be fans have things they don’t like about themselves and Im pretty sure if you had the MONEY!!! you would change it, with that being said I still think she’s beautiful inside and out. I saw her last year Labor Day in Atlanta and she was so pretty it was amazing. That was my first time seeing her in person and it was hot and also momma can perform like no other. I LOVE You Kim.

Kim, Im not a hater but honey it does seem to me that something is not right—surgery—cant fix it —it comes from the inside out—everyone is not meant to look alike==we are all different and we reflect that in our looks—–please stop it you use to be so cute—not you look like you need help–Im praying that if you do need that help that God sends it to you and you are able to receive it
