Foxy Brown Fights Off Charges

Foxy Brown has managed to check out of a cheeky situation that might have landed her back in jail with a building full of new people to lie about album release dates to.

Back in July, Boogie Brown was arrested after shouting lots of curse words at a neighbor who had previously filed a restraining order against her. If that weren’t enough, Foxy was also accused of mooning one Arlene Raymond.

However, prosecutors have dropped all but one of the charges originally leveled against her.

Foxy appeared in Brooklyn Criminal Court for literally less than 90 seconds only to find out that the grand jury failed to indict her with two felonies and three of four misdemeanors.

Outside, Foxy told reporters, “I’m so happy, I’m just very happy. Never once did I worry about this.”

That sounds pretty plausible.

Brown’s lawyer, Salvatore Strazzullo, said at worst Foxy will do community service for the single count of misdemeanor criminal contempt if convicted.

On her charges, Strazzullo said, “Mooning is not an aggravated act.”

Stay out of trouble, Foxy.
