Jennifer Hudson Drops 20 More Pounds

It’s obvious one Chicago native is no longer ordering from Harold’s Chicken anymore.

Earlier this year Academy and Grammy Award-winning star, Jennifer Hudson, revealed that she linked up with Weight Watchers and together they snatched off a pretty hefty set of pounds from her body.

And now, J.Hud is telling People magazine that she’s lost even more weight – 20 additional pounds to be exact.

The Weight Watchers spokesperson said:

 

“I didn’t expect to go as far as I did! People are like, ‘Okay Jennifer don’t lose anything else!’ I go into the store and they try to put me in 4s and 6s and I’m like [she looks over both shoulders] ‘Who are you trying to talk to?’ My mind hasn’t caught up yet.”

Despite the dramatic weight loss, Jennifer notes, “I’ve always been a person who’s comfortable with myself whether it’s plus-size, small size it doesn’t matter.”

Jennifer made these comments at an event for the launch of Lose for Good, which strives to teach families how to prep healthy, low-cost meals in order to fight both hunger and obesity.

Great for her, but I’ll co-sign the sentiment that she needn’t drop any more pounds. We don’t want to start calling her “head and shoulders.” That said, way to go, Jennifer.
