Nicki Minaj says that love is the last thing on her mind. The platinum-selling rapper insists that she’s too busy winning professionally to pursue success in more personal areas of her life. Indeed, for Nicki, it’s a time to stack money rather than plan dates.

She explained:

“I have no romance in my life at all, and it’s not important to me right now. I have love for people who are on my team that I see every day and for my family, that’s what makes me do what I do. I also have love for people that I interact with. If I have too much of the romantic love, I feel like it will distract me. Right now I feel like a robot.”

That’s right, she doesn’t have time to sit at home singing Keyshia Cole’s “Love” to herself as she sips dessert wine and eats chicken wings. She’s too busy building an empire, and she hopes her younger fans take her lead.

Nicki added:

“Girls tell me this all the time: ‘Whenever I feel like a bad b***h, I play your music.’ I want girls to get confidence listening to me. I want them to feel like they don’t have to play second fiddle to a boy.”

I’m also going to go out on a limb and say she’s too busy taking over to continue to entertain Lil’ Kim trippin’ out. And yes, Kimberly, that was get-a-new-job shade.
