Kim Kardashian is still dealing with the aftermath of pulling the plug on her 72-day marriage but according to Life and Style, her ex Reggie Bush may be giving her a shoulder to cry on during the drama.

An insider said, “Reggie reached out to Kim via text shortly after she announced she was filing for divorce to make sure she was okay. They’ve stayed in touch ever since, texting and talking. Kim was Reggie’s first love. He knows she’s hurting right now, but when the time is right, he’ll swoop in and take care of her.”

Some are already calling a reconciliation, because of this reported constant communication and the source hints that he’s just plotting a move: “He’s concerned about her; he’s making sure she’s holding it together. Reggie always knew that it wasn’t going to work [between Kim and Kris], so he’s been waiting and watching.”

As fine as Reggie is, do we really think he’s been waiting in the wings for Kim to be single so that they could get back together?  Um, no. Sounds like another fairytale illusion of Kim’s! Maybe he was checking in on her and if they have been hanging they definitely wouldn’t be the first exes to turn to each other on the rebound. But considering they broke up in the first place (and a few more times thereafter) because he wanted a normal relationship away from the paparazzi frenzy I wouldn’t hold my breath for a full blown reunion between these two.

Never Trust a Six Pack and a Smile…

Meanwhile  Vivica Fox has said she’ll be enjoying being single after breaking off her 10-month engagement to Omar “Slimm” White, a move she said she made before she “wasted a lot of money.”

“Sometimes in relationships there are warning signs,” Fox told Access Hollywood. “And I think that once you get older, I’ve been married before, that if there are warning signs, that you should pay attention to them before you get families involved and all the hoopla and things like that, and if things aren’t working out it’s okay to move on.”

Next time around, the actress says she’ll switch things up.  “I told myself I’m going to try something different next time ’cause I happen to fall in love with a six pack and a smile and look what that’s gotten me,” she said, although for now, she’s taking time for number.“I’m enjoying being single for a little while and regrouping and focusing on myself and my career and being happy and positive.”  Okay, Viv with the relationship reflections! That’s never a bad move for anyone following a breakup.
