Kim K’s brother has landed himself in a bit of paparazzi trouble. Rob Kardashian has been sued for allegedly assaulting a photog and stealing her camera equipment.

The incident went down at a West Hollywood gym when the photographer, Andra Vaik snapped some topless pics of Kardashian, which resulted in Rob snatching the memory card out of her camera. For those not in the know, the brother Kardashian is currently devoted to a new weight-loss and gym program.

Vaik filed a robbery report last month for her stolen property, but Rob says he wilded out because the paparazzo trespassed onto private property to snap the photos. Witnesses back up Rob K’s claims and say the photog stayed in the garage, hid in her car and went after Kardashian when he went shirtless.

Reps for Vaik say, “…Robert Kardashian’s violent behavior and his use of force towards Ms. Vaik was completely unjustified.”

Hmm, sounds like someone is itching for an easy, undeserved payday.

Conrad Murray may not be able to reach out and touch folks physically, but a report says he is able dial up and talk to who ever he wants. The imprisoned doctor is said to have his own person cell phone in the pokey.

According to a source close to the matter, Conrad isn’t able to get incoming calls but he can place calls to who ever he wants. The reason he was given the cell was a matter of practicality: constantly taking him back and forth to the jail’s pay phone (since there are constant requests to talk to him) would require a great deal of resources.

But, don’t worry, the locked-down doc isn’t abusing his privilege. The main folks on his speed dial are his attorney, his girlfriend Nicole Alvarez and his baby’s mama. Besides, he’ll be out soon anyway, and he’ll be able to talk to folks in person.

Chad Johnson may not have much luck at marriage or the NFL. But that doesn’t mean he doesn’t have a good heart. Just ask the homeless man Johnson treated to 48 hours of liquor, a new wardrobe and pure baller merriment.

The out-of-work NFL player devoted a weekend to giving a homeless man named Robert a.k.a “Pork Chop” the time of his life, all while documenting their adventures on Twitter. Johnson tweeted that Pork Chop asked him for a beer but he did more than that: he bought him a case of beer (yeah, he may be contributing to someone’s problem with alcohol, but hey…). Together the two drank some more, went shopping at Urban Outfitters and ended the night at a club called Dream.

He also took his homeless buddy salsa dancing and gave him a nice watch. But Johnson didn’t do it all without keeping an end game in mind for Pork Chop. “I’m using all the resources available,” he informed his Twitter followers, “to help the best way I can.” What happened to his weekend friend after their fun-filled weekend? No word. But at least the former Ochocinco gave someone less fortunate the time of his life.

Since Michael Jackson’s death, the Jackson family has continued to make headlines for mostly personal reasons.  TMZ is reporting that Jermaine has allegedly fallen behind in his child support payments to his and Randy Jackson’s baby mama, Alejandra Jackson, and the past due amount totals over $30,000 dollars.

Because of the debt, Los Angeles Child Support Services Department has asked a judge to hold Jermaine in contempt for failing to meet his child support financial obligations from April 2012 thru April 2013. The CSSD ordered Jermaine to pay $3,000 a month in child support payments for teenage sons Jermajesty and Jaafar, but so far the founding Jackson Five member has not made any monthly payments in full.

To date, Jermaine has only coughed up a total of $5,621 for the year and still owes $30,378. The elder Jackson brother now faces 60 days in jail if he does not pay the total fee by August 2013. The CSSD says Jermaine is guilty of 12 counts of contempt, for each month. There will be a hearing scheduled to address the issue if he does not meet the deadline.

Alejandra and Jermaine previously tousled over back child support payments in 2011. Jermaine then owed $90,000, but settled with his ex for $80,000 instead. If Jermaine could get those types of funds together the last time, he should have no problem getting the cash together this time around. Maybe he can cop a loan from La Toya?

We all still feel the spirit of Michael Jackson, particularly through his music. But MJ’s sister LaToya Jackson takes it a bit further, actually hearing the King of Pop tap dancing around her home.

Appearing on Good Day New York, LaToya, 56, explained to anchors Rosanna Scotto and Greg Kelly. “It’s the strangest thing,” she said “because you feel something like thick around you or behind you and you’re wondering — you don’t see anything, but you feel a presence … it’s very interesting because it is there, it’s definitely there.”

LaToya said one of her home security guards also noticed, which made her more curious about certain noises she’s heard, especially hearing “someone tap dance over a certain part of the house.”

“We go up there and no one’s up there — just tap dancing,” she explained. “And the dog barks at his room, the window, every single night at the same time … the dog doesn’t even know that that’s Michael’s room, and the security didn’t know. It’s weird!”

Whether you believe this story or not, fans should be glad to hear MJ is keeping up his dance skills in the afterlife.

In the Real Housewives of Atlanta chronicles, the battle between Phaedra Parks and Kenya Moore over Mr. Apollo heats up. After Phaedra accused Kenya of propositioning her hunky hubby via text, Ms. Moore took to her blog to respond.

To the accusations of impropriety, Moore wrote: “Apollo and I had initially communicated via group text and emails when collaborating on the workout video. We were amiable to one another even after the deal fell through and remained cordial.Despite his desperate outburst, neither of us acted inappropriately.”

Even though Apollo also claimed she propositioned him via smartphone, Moore wrote she felt he had been nudged to say so by his wife. “It was just as shocking for me to hear him make accusations,” she wrote, “that I, in effect, propositioned him. So shocking that I had to laugh at just how contrived and rehearsed it was. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, I’m certain Apollo was coached by Phaedra.”

Then Kenya turned her sites on Phaedra who she called a backstabber and a shady business person…. Nice to see the love on RHOA is at an all-time high and will be sure to continue into the next season!

Jermaine Jackson says he thinks it’s “wonderful” that Paris Jackson has started bonding with mom Debbie Rowe. In recent weeks, Rowe has been seen visiting Paris at a school event flanked with flowers. The two apparently have struck up a relationship and have been spending lots of quality time together.

“I think that’s wonderful because the kids need their Mom. I think it’s great,” Jermaine told TMZ.  “That’s their mother. That’s a wonderful thing, that’s a good thing.”

Soon after their divorce, Michael Jackson nixed all plans of Rowe having a relationship with Prince Jackson and Paris. The King of Pop ended contact between Rowe and the children in 1999 and Debbie gave away complete custody rights in 2001. Thus far, Prince has shown no interest in getting to know his mom and it has been widely reported that Blanket Jackson’s mother is not Rowe, but an anonymous surrogate.

Well, with MJ gone at least Paris has one parent in her life.

Apparently Chad Johnson has abandoned all plans to reunite with ex-wife Evelyn Lozada. When TMZ recently asked the former NFL star if he still talked to his former wifey, Johnson seemed to suffer with a touch of amnesia.

“Who? … Who?” Johnson inquired.

Most reality TV followers and tabloid news fans remember the very short-lived train wreck that was Mr. & Mrs. Ochocinco. Their brief union culminated in Chad being convicted for head-butting Evelyn. Maybe his memory is sketchy because he wasn’t on the receiving end of the blow?

In other news, Johnson said he has every intention of getting back into the NFL. The former wide receiver says he even has a plan “B” lined up just in case all doesn’t go as planned.

Good luck with that Chad, you’ll definitely need it.

Celebs  will love a ruling by the U.S. Supreme Court that might save them future from DUI arrests. The court just deemed it unconstitutional for police officers to forcibly draw blood from a DUI suspect… unless they get a warrant.

So if a driver refuses a breathalyzer, police will have to write up an affidavit. Then the officer will have to get a judge to sign a warrant. And by the time this is all done, the intoxicated driver will have time to possibly sober up enough to where their blood alcohol level drops below the legal limit. Cops do have some wiggle room, though. They can, however, get the blood without a warrant if they can show a judge they had a convincing reason.

Either way,a slew of other celebs (cough! Lindsey Lohan) have a means to beat getting possibly popped for DUI… But if they’re swerving all over the road, well, then the cops have the upper hand. Either way, no one should be drinking and driving!

Here’s an instance where The Force could have been used for a good cause. TMZ is reporting that Billy Dee Williams was involved in small car accident on Tuesday in Los Angeles. However, it’s still debatable as to who actually caused the auto collision.

An eyewitness says Williams accidently backed into a parked car on Sunset Boulevard. But the 76-year old Empire Strikes Back star blamed the small-scale collision on today’s youth. Williams told TMZ, “The young people today are moving too fast,” but added that he “was fine” and there “was no damage.”

Even though accident details still remain sketchy, it’s great to know Star Wars’ beloved Lando Calrissian is okay and still going strong!
