Looks like Fantasia Barrino is acting out yet another scene from How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. The gifted singer continues her attempt to hold on to her man, Antwaun Cook. She already tried having his baby to keep him from bouncing, but since that seems to be failing, she’s now trying to get in with his ‘rents.

RadarOnline.com reports that ‘Tasia is super jealy of Antwaun’s ex Paula Cook’s relationship with his family, and now she’s trying her damnedest to become the favorite baby mama.  “Fantasia thought that having a baby with Antwaun would solidify them as a family and she’s really been trying to build relationships with his family, especially his mother,” a source close to the situation told us. “But his family just doesn’t like her and nothing is going to change that.”

The source also says that Antwaun’s estranged ex-wife is still very close with his family — particularly his mother — and it’s driving Fantasia crazy. “Paula and Antwaun have two children together and they’re very much in his mother’s life. Paula has always had a good relationship with his mom,” the source said. “Fantasia doesn’t stand a chance with Antwaun’s family. They know that she pursued him while he was married to Paula and that she’s the reason they’re separated. They view her as a home-wrecker.”

Well, then. Situation doesn’t look good for our girl, but let’s look at the larger picture: what exactly is she trying to hold on to, anyway? Move on, ‘Tasia. Move on.

Fantasia’s baby daddy is getting his hustle on by offering his business services all over the web. He wants to help you “Free Yourself” and on his LinkedIn account the former T-Mobile worker states:

“As a bail bondsman, it’s my passion to make sure my clients get back to those who matter most, jobs, and all the things they love to do. We truly believe that everyone is innocent until proven guilty. Nobody is perfect, everyone has ups and downs, if you find yourself in a jam, call us to set you free. We are discreet, professional, and prompt, you will be treated with respect and courtesy no matter what the charge is.”

The Charlotte, North Carolina  company lists he’s been completing these duties for over the past nine months is called Free Yourself Bail Bonds, Inc.  Of course Fantasia’s break out, platinum single was also called “Free Yourself” and the couple has been linked since 2009, so one guess how he came up with the name. Maybe being in and out of the courts with the American Idol singer battling in divorce proceedings with his his ex wife (well, technically…they’re still married) inspired the bed-hopper to find a new hobby in another part of the system?

Never mind that, the real question is: would you call Antwaun in the midnight hour if your cousin caught a case?

As we await the Queen of Soul’s return to daytime television, Aretha Franklin is still making headlines.

The legendary soul singer has offered youngblood Fantasia Barrino some advice: Know when to hold ‘em, know when to fold ‘em.

Yes, Fantasia was irked that she wasn’t included in the tribute to Franklin at the Grammy Awards—to the point where she boycotted the entire show.

Well, Aretha has something to say about it, and here it goes:

“I was sorry to hear that Fantasia was upset because she did not get the opportunity to participate in my Grammy tribute this year. I recall that in the past, Fantasia participated in both my MusicCares Person of the Year Tribute and my United Negro College Fund Tribute. Fantasia is still young in the business and although we all love and appreciate her, she must understand that in this business of show business she will not always get to participate in everything she would like participate in. I’m sure it was not an intentional omission. I will see Fantasia over the summer here in Detroit.”

Another day, another unfortunate rumor surrounding Fantasia and her personal life – particularly her uterus.

According to the CNN of nothing, Media Take Out, someone told them that Fantasia is knocked up.

They report:

MediaTakeOut.com have been hering whispers for some time that she and her boyfriend Antwaun Cook are having a child together.

WEll now, not only did we get VERBAL CONFIRMATION from one of Fanny’s family members. But we now have VISUAL confirmation by these pics.

Tells the family member, “Fantasia is just short of three months pregnant.”

Congrats to Fanny. Maybe now that all the DRAMA with Antwaun’s ex has died down, they can have a regular life together . . .

To be fair, I wouldn’t be surprised if one of Fantasia’s kin would email Media Take Out to tell her business. You know, if she didn’t want to pay off their Pay Day loan anymore.

Then again, when a singer has a song called “Collard Greens and Cornbread” I’m inclined to think any signs of “showing” could just be a post-Golden Corral state of stomach.

She might not have liked being told by the judge that all of her business will be put on front street in a trial (paraphrasing), but Fantasia may now be able to smile given the type of news now leaking out.

The singer has scored a major win after a North Carolina court ruled that Antwaun Cook really was separated from his wife, Paula Cook, at the time they started their courtship.

According to Radar Online, the court found Antwaun and Paula’s separation date to be September 14, 2009, not June 2010 as previously claimed by Paula.

No word yet on how the decision will affect Paula’s plan to sue Fantasia under the Alienation of Affection law in North Carolina, but from the looks of it, such a suit wouldn’t go far right about now.

Unless something happens.

Fantasia Barrino was hoping to keep all of the details from her married boyfriend Antwaun Cook’s divorce trial private after word of her abortion leaked.

However, a judge conveyed the following sentiment to her in a hearing: “Girl, bye.”

The judge denied Fantasia’s request and reporters will continue to be allowed into the hearings. You know the purpose of these hearings is to determine whether or not Fantasia knew her lover Antwaun was married before she hooked up with him, right? Yeah, if it’s proven Fantasia knew, Antwaun’s wife can sue ‘Tasia using North Carolina’s Alienation of Affection law.

And just so you know, they say Fanny and Antwaun are still going strong and she’s even been spending time with his sons.

The more details leak about Fantasia’s fling with her married boyfriend (past or present depending on who you ask), the more you realize two things.

One, ‘Tasia comes across like the very sort of woman she sings about in her songs. Two, his boyfriend’s wife looks like she’s about to get paid.

It seems Fantasia only admitted she aborted her child with Antwaun Cook because Cook told his wife, Paula Cook, all about it.

Radar has an excerpt from Fantasia’s recent testimony:

Lawyer: “See if you recognize this as being a letter you wrote to Mr. Cook on May 10th 2010″ (inaudible)

inaudible) Fantasia reads the letter to the court. “I want you. I pray every night that I can be in your life forever, be your friend, lover, prayer partner, wife and MOTHER OF YOUR CHILDREN. As long as I can have you I will be the happiest girl in the world.” (inaudible)

Lawyer: “Ms Barrino, when you wrote this letter, you said you wanted to be the mother of his children, is this right?”

Fantasia: “Uh huh.”

Lawyer: “Were you pregnant with his child when you wrote this letter?”

Fantasia: “No, no.”

Lawyer: “Is it true at one point you told him you had an abortion?”

Lawyer: “Ms Barrino, isn’t it true that you told Mr. Cook that you had aborted his child?”

Fantasia: “When I wrote this letter I was speaking in future references. Like, one day, I would love to be all of these things that I wrote. I was not pregnant with his child.”

Lawyer: “But did you tell Mr. Cook you aborted his child?”

Fantasia: “I did, yeah.”

Lawyer: “When did you tell Mr. Cook you had aborted his child?

Fantasia: “I’m not sure.”

Lawyer: “When did you abort his child?”

Fantasia: “It hasn’t been too long ago.”

Lawyer: “What’s not too long ago?

Fantasia: “I’m not sure.”

Lawyer: “I’m sorry?”

Fantasia: “I’m not sure. Probably when all this other stuff was happening.”

Lawyer: “Is it your testimony that this summer?”

Fantasia: “I’m not really sure.”

Lawyer: “How close in proximity was it to Mr. Cook leaving? In June 2010.”

Fantasia: “It was right after he left his home.”

Lawyer: “Mrs. Cook contends that she separated from Mr. Cook in June 16th 2010. How close in proximity to her date of separation did you contend that you aborted his child?”

Fantasia: “I’m not sure. Probably August when the other stuff happened.”

We had a feeling that Fantasia’s  Antwaun Cook drama wasn’t over after reports surfaced that his wife Paula Cook refused to quietly settle her dispute with the singer, but we weren’t expecting this! 

On Monday  Fantasia testified during The Cook’s divorce case in Charlotte, N.C. and while there were no witnesses or journalists allowed into the room when she took the stand, folks who were in the room started spilling all the details to the news…and apparently Fantasia let more than a few skeletons spill out of the closet.  First sources spilled to CNN that Fantasia finally fessed up to knowing that Antwaun was married from the very start of their relationship.  Yep, that confession comes after all those months of her saying she had no idea she was dating a married man. But her second alleged revelation was really a shocker: Radar Online cited sources, including a Cook family member, that say Fantasia testified she’d been pregnant with Antwaun’s baby (so the rumors may not have all been false), but got an abortion shortly before her  suicide attempt in August. 

This saga doesn’t look like it’s anywhere near over since Paula is still considering Fantasia by the Alienation of Affection law, which is only recognized in North Carolina and six other states. The law allows for an abandoned spouse to sue the party responsible for the failed marriage.

The saga continues…

Fantasia met with her ex-lover’s wife, Paula Cook, earlier this month to try and handle the “situation” with Antwaun Cook in private and out of the courts, but the pow wow didn’t go according to plan.

The two women met for 12 hours of private mediation on Nov. 1 to try and hash things out, sources told RadarOnline, and Fantasia even offered Paula $100,000 to settle; but despite all the attempts to bury the hatchet, the official Mrs. Cook is still moving forward with her plans to take the singer to court. “They didn’t settle because Fantasia refuses to acknowledge that she was aware of Paula’s marriage to Antwaun when she started dating him, and Paula is adamant that she knew,” a source said.

The women will meet again on Nov. 22, but that meeting will be in a North Carolina courthouse. Paula plans to sue Fantasia for “Alienation of Affection,” a law that’s only recognized in seven states but allows a spouse to sue a third party if his or her partner leaves the relationship for another person. In addition to proving that the love between a married couple was destroyed, a person bringing this lawsuit must also prove that love between the married couple existed to win.

Even if Fantasia knew about the situation all along, is it fair to blame her for destroying the marriage?  I hope these women are also taking the time to come at Antwaun for playing them both.

Ya’ll remember all that drama with Fantasia and her married boyfriend Antwaun Cook AND his wife who slapped her with a lawsuit because she wasn’t having it?  The last episode of her show Fantasia For Real  caught the moment she finally confronts him and tells him that she’s done….but not without a hilariously ridiculously line of questioning first.  “You went on a trip with your wife? Why would you go on a tip?” she grills. Um,  cause that’s what married folk do, duh!

Anyway, when the paparazzi found out their meeting location Fantasia dipped and told her lover “I don’t ever want to see you again” but if the word on the streets is true, she might not ever be able to avoid him again. The family reportedly started chatting to the National Inquirer back in August: “She’s about three months along, and it’s definitely Antwaun’s baby,” but that would make her 5 months pregnant and we just don’t see it. But recently Bossip echoed the rumor with a story that, sadly, doesn’t sound so hard to believe at this point:

A source tells BOSSIP exclusively that the distance from Cook may only be for the sake of her public image. Behind close doors, Cook very much remains a part of Fantasia’s life… one she’s not ready to let go of.

According to our source, Fantasia recently got into an intense phone argument with one of Antwaun’s other conquests: ‘model’ Tyshianna Dubose… and we use the term lightly. In any case, Dubose has been Antwaun’s sidepiece for about as long as Fantasia, since some time in 2009.

In an attempt to schedule an L.A. rendez-vous with her secret boo, Fantasia interrupted Cook’s time with his other unofficial girl and was none to happy about it. She allegedly went on to read the new broad the riot act, during which she dropped the following bombshell: “I’m pregnant by him. I’m here forever, b*tch!”

SMH! I really hope this isn’t true, hasn’t this mess already caused her enough strife? Although I guess getting pregnant did create a seemigly happily ever after situation for one mistress.
