Kim K’s brother has landed himself in a bit of paparazzi trouble. Rob Kardashian has been sued for allegedly assaulting a photog and stealing her camera equipment.

The incident went down at a West Hollywood gym when the photographer, Andra Vaik snapped some topless pics of Kardashian, which resulted in Rob snatching the memory card out of her camera. For those not in the know, the brother Kardashian is currently devoted to a new weight-loss and gym program.

Vaik filed a robbery report last month for her stolen property, but Rob says he wilded out because the paparazzo trespassed onto private property to snap the photos. Witnesses back up Rob K’s claims and say the photog stayed in the garage, hid in her car and went after Kardashian when he went shirtless.

Reps for Vaik say, “…Robert Kardashian’s violent behavior and his use of force towards Ms. Vaik was completely unjustified.”

Hmm, sounds like someone is itching for an easy, undeserved payday.

Poor Kris Humphries can’t seem to catch a break. Now he’s being sued by a Beverly Hills suit shop after failing to deliver his part of a deal for discounted clothes.

A few years ago — when Kris and Kim Kardashian were together — Kris and the reality show star allegedly approached Scott Hill, the owner of the store, hoping he would hook Kris up with some threads. According to the lawsuit, the NBA player and the clothier struck up an agreement: Humphries would get a 30 percent discount on clothes if he introduced Hill to at least two of his NBA player friends. The Brooklyn Nets forward was given 12 months to make the introduction.

But Hill claims Kris, after buying $46,000 in clothes with his discount, didn’t deliver what he promised. And, on top of that, he says Kris still owes him more than $6000 in unpaid suit bills. As a result, Hill is suing Kim K’s ex for more than $52,000 in damages.

While this situation is yet another toxic aspect of Kris’s union with Kim coming to bite him in the behind, it’s also telling of his irrelevant standing in the NBA. Like, man, you can’t get no players to role with you to check out that store. Dude just has no juice.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries’s divorce trial finally begins. And Kim gets some great news (aside from her pregnancy): she doesn’t need to attend the first day.

The reason for her absence will be a prior commitment to appear in New York City to promote her perfume line. Coincidentally, the date of her trip (May 6) will also be the opening day of her divorce battle with Kris. According to TMZ, Kim’s attorney requested that the trial start on May 3. That way, she could attend. Unfortunately, the judge refused the request because the date conflicted with the schedule.

Either way, this matter is totally on Kris who, for his annulment request, has the burden of proving fraud. As a result, he will have to call the trial’s first witness. And it will be one to two days before Kim will be needed to testify.  Hopefully, this matter between them will soon be over and we can all move to the next chapter in this reality drama!

Looks like a major point loss for Kris Humphries in his divorce trial with Kim Kardashian. In his attempt to prove that Kim K. shammed him about their marriage has been debunked.

In a deposition obtained by Life & Style, the producer of Kim’s reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians admitted Kim re-shot her reaction to Kris’ marriage proposal — this fact discredits Kris claims of fraud. Another producer said although Kim was surprised by Kris’s proposal, she felt she didn’t give a good reaction, so she asked that it be re-shot.

Given Kris is alleging that Kim fraudulently coaxed him into marrying her, Kim being surprised proves, emphatically, that he wasn’t being duped. And the fact that he knew she re-shot her reaction means that he was in on the moment… Which means, in this strategic and vicious back-n-forth divorce case, Kim can yell, “Checkmate!”

So much for Kim K keeping her life on the down low. Just days after telling DuJour magazine that she was looking to be “more private” now that she’s pregnant, Kim Kardashian is making news with her racy magazine cover with Kanye West.

Both posed seemingly nude, and locked in an embrace, for the cover of the French magazine L’Officiel Hommes, she recently said: “When you live your life so publicly, like on a reality show, people assume that they know every side of you already. I’m ready to be a little less… I’m shifting my priorities.”

Well, Kim K’s reality will change once the baby is here.

Not content with pricey jewelry, designer vacations or luxury cars, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West decided to drop some big money on their latest shopping spree.

The expecting parents recently splashed out $11 million for a pile of bricks in Bel-Air, but that’s not enough for a family of three. TMZ reports the couple have their site set on three additional properties in Miami, Paris and New York.

We know Kim and Kourtney (and their DASH franchise) have already taken Miami and New York, so does this mean Paris is next?

For Kim Kardashian’s second tour of the Middle East, the reality star won’t be focusing only on camel rides and photo ops.

TMZ reports that Kardashian, who recently came under fire for tweeting support for Israel during the devastating air strikes in Gaza, will spend part of her time during an upcoming trip to Bahrain and Kuwait educating herself about the complex Middle East conflict.

“Kim wants to be as informed as possible … so she can use her celebrity to help those in need and raise awareness about important issues in the area,” a source says. Further, the source claims Kardashian has set up meetings with leaders on both sides of the political divide.

One person who doesn’t seem to be buying Kim’s Angelina Jolie-like change-up is princess Kate Middleton. Kate reportedly promptly returned a cache of Kardashian Kollection dressed Kim had gifted her with a polite “thanks, but no thanks.”

“While she was in London last week, Kim had several free dresses from her Kardashian Kollection sent to Princess Kate,” UK’s Marie Claire reported. “She hoped Kate might be seen wearing one of the designs out in public, which would give their fashion credentials a huge boost.”

Unfortunately for Kim, fashion icon Kate turned down the free goods, and also an invitation to join the Kardashian sisters for high tea.

Maybe Kim will have an easier time finding her way into royal circles once her “diplomatic” mission is complete?

When it comes to love, Kim Kardashian hasn’t always been about the long term but she’s always about taking love to the next level — which is what she is talking about with Kanye West once her divorce from Kris Humphries is finalized.

A year after filing divorce papers, Kim K has also allegedly filed her love/life plans with her current beau. According to RadarOnline, sources says, once the split is official, the reality TV queen is thinking about a hasty engagement to Mr. West quickly followed by motherhood.

The source also says that Kanye is with it, explaining that the hip hop superstar wasn’t even thinking about kids until he met Kim.

Whether the “source” is true or not, you can’t help but wait with baited breath for Kim to get her freedom papers to see where she and Kanye take their love. And Kim as a mom… Wow. And to think: this, more than likely will play out in reality TV.

Much ado has been made about Kris Jenner’s parenting skills, but we can’t imagine what scenario could have caused the cops to make an unexpected visit to the Kardashian family matriarch’s home, to check on the welfare of her youngest daughters Kendall and Kylie Jenner.

Indeed, police and social workers from the Lost Hills Sheriff’s Department stopped by the Jenner mansion in Calabasas, California over the weekend, after someone made an anonymous call regarding their safety.

“On Friday several sheriff’s deputies from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Lost Hills station and social workers from the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services made an unexpected visit to Bruce and Kris Jenner’s house after someone made an anonymous call that their daughters were in danger and in distress,” a law enforcement source tells RadarOnline.com.

“Social workers met with the girls individually and determined that they were fine but out of an abundance of caution, cops and social workers will be making another visit to the house Monday afternoon before they officially close the case,” the statement continues. “Under California law, anytime a call is made to DCFS alleging that a minor is in danger, whether of physical or emotional abuse, it must be investigated.”

A look at Kendall Jenner’s Twitter activity provides no clues into the mess. The aspiring model tweeted birthday wishes to her dad Bruce Jenner, who turned 63 on Sunday, and appeared to be in business-as-usual mode. No statement has been made (or leaked) by the family about the incident.

Hopefully the call was just a misunderstanding…or a publicity stunt that we’ll soon see on an upcoming episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians.

Rumor has it that Kanye West is working hard to put together a lavish celebration for his girl Kim Kardashian’s 32nd birthday. But the million dollar festivities, which reportedly include a private jet to a party on a private island, may not satisfy Kim’s true birthday wish.

OK! Magazine, who recently reported that Kim is afraid of becoming Yeezy’s baby mama and winding up alone, now says that the reality star and fashionista is hoping for a proposal on her birthday.

A source tells the tabloid that Kim has been “less that subtle with her demands” and would be severely “disappointed” if Kanye didn’t pop the question on her special day.

“Kanye knows that if he doesn’t deliver a diamond, it could spell disaster for their relationship,” the source also noted.

We don’t know what these lovebirds are waiting for anyway, considering neither of them have ever seemed happier.  Oh yeah, Kim is still married to this guy.
