Poor Kris Humphries can’t seem to catch a break. Now he’s being sued by a Beverly Hills suit shop after failing to deliver his part of a deal for discounted clothes.

A few years ago — when Kris and Kim Kardashian were together — Kris and the reality show star allegedly approached Scott Hill, the owner of the store, hoping he would hook Kris up with some threads. According to the lawsuit, the NBA player and the clothier struck up an agreement: Humphries would get a 30 percent discount on clothes if he introduced Hill to at least two of his NBA player friends. The Brooklyn Nets forward was given 12 months to make the introduction.

But Hill claims Kris, after buying $46,000 in clothes with his discount, didn’t deliver what he promised. And, on top of that, he says Kris still owes him more than $6000 in unpaid suit bills. As a result, Hill is suing Kim K’s ex for more than $52,000 in damages.

While this situation is yet another toxic aspect of Kris’s union with Kim coming to bite him in the behind, it’s also telling of his irrelevant standing in the NBA. Like, man, you can’t get no players to role with you to check out that store. Dude just has no juice.

Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries’s divorce trial finally begins. And Kim gets some great news (aside from her pregnancy): she doesn’t need to attend the first day.

The reason for her absence will be a prior commitment to appear in New York City to promote her perfume line. Coincidentally, the date of her trip (May 6) will also be the opening day of her divorce battle with Kris. According to TMZ, Kim’s attorney requested that the trial start on May 3. That way, she could attend. Unfortunately, the judge refused the request because the date conflicted with the schedule.

Either way, this matter is totally on Kris who, for his annulment request, has the burden of proving fraud. As a result, he will have to call the trial’s first witness. And it will be one to two days before Kim will be needed to testify.  Hopefully, this matter between them will soon be over and we can all move to the next chapter in this reality drama!

Looks like a major point loss for Kris Humphries in his divorce trial with Kim Kardashian. In his attempt to prove that Kim K. shammed him about their marriage has been debunked.

In a deposition obtained by Life & Style, the producer of Kim’s reality show Keeping Up With the Kardashians admitted Kim re-shot her reaction to Kris’ marriage proposal — this fact discredits Kris claims of fraud. Another producer said although Kim was surprised by Kris’s proposal, she felt she didn’t give a good reaction, so she asked that it be re-shot.

Given Kris is alleging that Kim fraudulently coaxed him into marrying her, Kim being surprised proves, emphatically, that he wasn’t being duped. And the fact that he knew she re-shot her reaction means that he was in on the moment… Which means, in this strategic and vicious back-n-forth divorce case, Kim can yell, “Checkmate!”

What to do when you run into your sister-in-law’s estranged soon-to-be ex-hubby? Well, Khloe Kardashian’s husband Lamar Odom encountered that awkward moment when he ran into Kim K.’s arch nemesis Kris Humphries after the two NBA players wound up at the same New York City restaurant.

Both were at a spot called Catch and neither said a single word to each other… Then, again, Khloe wasn’t there which probably made for a smoother meal.

After all, Lamar, more than likely, is hearing an earful from his wife about the court strife his sis-in-law and Humphries are entangled in… The only way to enjoy his meal was simply ignore his NBA brethren.

Kris Humphries says he got his results back, and he is absolutely herpes free. This in response to a lawsuit filed by Kayla Goldberg, who claimed Kim K’s soon-to-be-ex-husband gave her herpes following a sexual encounter in Hollywood back in 2010.

As we reported in April, a source close to Humphries said that the accusation was not true. “Kris tested negative for it though and for any other sexually transmitted disease,” the source said, “and he is absolutely steadfast that he has never given anyone herpes.”

In documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Kris did not deny sleeping with Kayla, but has insisted he never gave her the herpes virus… And now he has the test to prove it, which he has attached to his filing. But the records are under seal.

What Kris ultimately wants is for Kayla’s lawsuit to be dismissed. But since a judge hasn’t ruled yet, he should be simply thankful that his little Kris received a clean bill of health. It’s always nice to know.

If there’s anything Kris Humphries wants from his soon-to-be ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, it’s the ritzy engagaement ring he gave her… But, like Homey D. Clown, Kim don’t play that.

Humphries, who scored the blinged-out $2 million ring for $750,000, has asked the reality TV star to give back the jewelry, a matter which has become a sticking point in their current divorce trial. Only, Kim K. refuses to return the ring.

“Kris doesn’t understand why Kim would even want to keep the ring anyway,” A source told Radaronline. “It obviously has no sentimental value as she has publicly declared their wedding as ‘a huge mistake’ and she certainly doesn’t need the money, so why doesn’t she just return it to him?”

Apparently, Kris didn’t read the chick handbook on weddings and engagements. Rule number one: NEVER GIVE BACK THE RING! Good luck with reclaiming the goods, Kris.

Kris Humphries may be claiming he’s devastated by his break-up with soon-to-be ex-wife Kim Kardashian, but his reproductive organ bespeaks another truth.

TMZ reports that the reality star’s ex-girlfriend Myla Sinanaj is pregnant. Sources close to Myla said that she’s three months pregnant and that Kris is definitely the father.

This development may throw a monkey wrench in Humphries claims in divorce court that he was devastated, suffering emotionally by his split with Kim.

Apparently, he wasn’t THAT torn up over her leaving… at least not enough to let someone else keep his bed warm.

Kim Kardashian’s divorce with Kris Humphries isn’t even final, and the reality TV superstar is already talking marriage with her new boyfriend, Kanye West. At least that’s what a source has told Us Weekly.

Over the weekend, Kardashian flew back from Washington, DC, where she was a guest at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner Saturday, to join West’s for a Sunday performance of Broadway’s Wicked. Kim K will also join West on his summer tour with Jay-Z.

“She wants to be with him as much as possible,” the source explained. “They really know and love each other.”

Whether both are serious about matrimony remains to be seen. But let’s get through the final days of the last facade of a marriage before we even THINK about celebrating (or laughing hysterically at) the possibility of these two taking their union to the next level.

Either way, let’s silently shake our heads and wonder… WTF!

For a couple that was only married for 72 days, Kim Kardashian and Kris Humphries sure do sound like they’re headed for a drawn out divorce. The latest drama centers around court cases and gay allegations.

First of all, the NBA player asked a judge Thursday to annul his 72-day marriage to Kim Kardashian on the basis that it was fraudulent and that he was duped into being a stand in groom. Kim is supposedly upset over this and reportedly told a friends “I’m no dummy. The divorce would have been just as dramatic and dragged out as the wedding.”

But according to Star Magazine the reality star might just think that she was the one being used as a beard: the publication has decided that the reason the couple split is because he’s gay.

In the report, Star quotes a “source” who made the claims:

“Kim confided to Khloe pretty early on that [she and Kris] hadn’t had sex for weeks after they returned home from their Italian honeymoon. Kim was really concerned.”

“One night she came back to their hotel room in a trench coat… She lit candles, put on some music and started doing a sexy striptease. But Kris barely looked up from the TV! He was like, ‘Later babe. I’m watching SportsCenter now.’”

“Khloe asked Kim if she thought Kris might be gay. At first Kim thought that was ridiculous. But the more she thought about it, the more she wondered. There were signs.”

Humphries publicist immediately released a statement saying that the rumors are “completely false and ridiculous. He is not gay.”

Meanwhile, Kardashian friend Jonathan Cheban is threatening to sue Humphries for saying that he is gay. Apparently, Cheban is considering serving Humphries with a $5million libel suit with one anonymous source near the whole thing saying “Jonathan was offended. He is not gay and Kris’ comments were derogatory, a slur against his character and given it’s being broadcast on a program that airs internationally, it has the potential to cause serious damage to Jonathan’s reputation.”

Way to much drama! But I guess they need something to keep fueling the show….

Well, it sounds like Kim Kardashian got a big reality check (and no, I’m not talking about all the dough she made off her quickie marriage to Kris Humpries)!

Radar Online is reporting that the divorcee decided to give her NBA ex his walking papers when she reviewed footage for the upcoming season of her E! show Kourtney & Kim Take New York and saw just how he was treating her. One of the website’s sources told them Kimmy was “absolutely mortified when she saw on camera, the way that Kris was treating her. The marriage was already under a tremendous amount of stress, but she just couldn’t believe that she had married this man that was treating her and her family like this.”

Guess she missed the memo that the man had jerk-like tendencies when he was beefing with her family on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, but apparently the new footage was a revelation and was so hard to get through that Kim was “unable to review it without bursting into tears.”

Kourtney & Kim Take New York, a spin-off of the family’s show, finished filming in mid-October, just two weeks before Kardashian announced she was divorcing Humphries after only 72 days after they got hitched.

In the upcoming show insiders promise that “viewers will see the demise of Kim and Kris’ marriage,” but makes note that “footage that is unflattering to Kim won’t be shown.” (of course).

Who knows how Kim’s edited version of the story will play out, but you can catch it all on November 27 when the second season of Kourtney & Kim Take New York airs on E!
