Kim Kardashian is reportedly saying to friends that she is not getting divorced so she can marry Kanye West.

TMZ reports that the reality TV star said that her ex-hubby, Kris Humphries, has become “a cancer” she wants out of her life forever. Yesterday in divorce court, Kim K’s lawyer Laura Wasser said that Kris’ lawyer attempted to sneakily serve a subpoena on Kanye West, putting it in a Nordstrom box and sending it to Kim’s house.

Kris’ legal team goal is to prove the marriage was a fraud and to solely benefit Kim’s reality show.

Kim, who supposedly says she is “emotionally exhausted” from dealing with Kris, says if he believes he’ll convince a judge she defrauded him, she can’t wait to show the judge outtakes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which show Kris as a “manipulative, vindictive, petty, fame-hungry jerk.”

Only thing is, all that will come from the public is laughter. But no matter who’s right or wrong, this, for sure, is going to make great reality TV. If Kim’s a smart TV businesswoman, the cameras will be rolling!
