TV audiences who’ve witnessed Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore in action knows she’s a fighter. Now, her landlord is about to get a taste of Hurricane Kenya firsthand. The former beauty queen’s landlord Conya Weems-Dillon is currently suing Moore for breaking terms of her lease agreement and stiffing out her for $848 dollars for one month’s rent.

But the RHOA star is firing back with a lawsuit too. Moore is countersuing for wrongful eviction plus slander and emotional distress. Kenya also added that she’s paid her $3,999 monthly rent in full for May and June on her six-bedroom and six-bathroom residence and that her landlord often enters her house without notice. Moore believes Dillon only made up the eviction story to sell a story to the tabloids and wreck her reputation.

Well the landlord got her media story in the press, but with Kenya on her heels she also had better watch her back.  For real!

It seems these days  Shaquille O’Neal is trying to keep his private  life under legal raps. The pro-baller just obtained a protective order against ex-mistress Vanessa Lopez.  For those not in the know, Lopez filed a lawsuit against O’Neal that dates back to 2010.

In January, Lopez put in a request to add punitive damages to her harassment lawsuit against O’Neal. She accused Shaq of racketeering, invasion of privacy and intentional inflection of emotional distress.  Now a judge in the case stated, “Defendant’s motion for protective order is hereby granted. The parties are prohibited from disclosing the deposition transcripts in this matter, until further hearing an order of this court.”

A source very close to the case says, “Vanessa’s deposition is explosive.” Many believe that  is one of the reasons why O’Neal’s legal team got the protective order.

“Vanessa is going to stand up for herself and her rights. She is not scared. Vanessa wants the truth to come out,” the source continued. “Her deposition reveals very intimate disturbing things Shaq like to do. The world would be shocked!”

Bills, Bills, Bills

Published by Carrie Blackshaw on Monday, December 29, 2008 at 4:37 pm.

Timbaland wanted to decorate his Miami mansion for the holidays. So he purchased lots of flowers and lights from The White Tulip Florist in Miami Beach.

The bad part, reports both TMZ and Perezhilton? He still owes them thousands of dollars on his bill!

The florida florists are claiming the rapper owes them over $10,000 in decorations. And they’re suing for it.

The company has filed legal papers to put a lien on Timbaland’s mansion since they claim he purchased $25,850 worth of flowers, trees, and lights. And he still owes them $11,450!

And according to reports, the rapper was upset once he viewed the bill and demanded to see the wholesale cost of the items he had purchased. But even after seeing the list of prices, they say, he still didn’t pay up.

What Would Bobby Do?

So much for happy holidays!
Crooner Whitney Houston is being sued by her stepmother. According to the lawsuit, Barbara Houston claims the singer pocketed a $1-million life insurance payout from her late father’s estate, E! Online reports.

But, her stepmother alledges that $723,000 of that was supposed to go toward the mortgage on the New Jersey condo she shared with John Houston, who died in 2003. (Once the mortgage was paid off, the suit alleges, the rest of the cash would be given to the stepmother.)

Lawyers for both sides refused to comment on the pending suit, E! said.
