Jennifer Williams has kind of outted her new relationship via social media.

Last week the Basketball Wives star posted a picture of her and neo-soul crooner Maxwell cuddled up via Instagram and then, just recently, tweeted a very telling message saying: “I hope my boo feels better soon.”

The singer wasn’t directly mentioned, but the fact that he tweeted he’s a little under the weather (“Summercolds #waytoocold”) gives a clue as to who Williams was referring to online.

You have to say it’s cute though. Jen sounds just like a teenager when talking about her “boo.” Glad to see she’s moving on since the breakup of her marriage.  But we won’t believe it until Maxwell confirms!

Selita Ebanks has dated Nick Cannon and Maxwell, so one thing is for certain: She ain’t messing with no broke….man.

So, it’s not at all surprising to see the supermodel linking up with a man who’s made his obsession with models and fashion quite clear time and time again.

Kanye popped up in New York City the other day with Nick Cannon’s ex-fiance. ‘Ye and Selita were linked together back in 2008, but neither ever confirmed the relationship.

The two could arguably be just friends even now, but that doesn’t stop the rumor mill from churning.

They claim:

According to a source close to Maxwell, the R&B singer and model Selita Ebanks have been dating fairly seriously for almost six months. The insider explained, “They were trying to keep it out of the public because they wanted it to last . . . they really cared for each other.”

Well that’s where rapper Kanye West comes in. The insider explains, “Kanye and Selita were sneaking around behind Maxwell’s back. This is crazy because they were all friends. For Ye to do that is beyond grimey.” And the insider adds, “He’ll get his though, Maxwell is no punk.”

I heard from one of Santa’s elves that the Easter Bunny has beef, too.

Say it ain’t so! Ladies, Maxwell might be off the market and rumor has it Selita Ebanks has caught his eye.

 The duo was spotted at Russell Simmons’ Art For Life event in the Hamptons over the weekend throwing the grapevine is in full swing. They say the Grammy singer and model flirted and held hands at the event and after-party, but refused to be photographed unless they were part of a larger group so they were also snapped with other attendees including Swizz Beatz and Anthony Anderson.

Although last week Maxwell and Selita were snapped getting a bite to eat at Pop Burger in New York.

Remember when Selita was engaged to Nick Cannon? Maxwell would definitely be an upgrade (no shade, Mariah) but I might really shed a tear if he’s booed up.

After a two-year hiatus, the Soul Train Awards will return to the BET-launched channel Centric TV on November 29.
