In the Real Housewives of Atlanta chronicles, the battle between Phaedra Parks and Kenya Moore over Mr. Apollo heats up. After Phaedra accused Kenya of propositioning her hunky hubby via text, Ms. Moore took to her blog to respond.

To the accusations of impropriety, Moore wrote: “Apollo and I had initially communicated via group text and emails when collaborating on the workout video. We were amiable to one another even after the deal fell through and remained cordial.Despite his desperate outburst, neither of us acted inappropriately.”

Even though Apollo also claimed she propositioned him via smartphone, Moore wrote she felt he had been nudged to say so by his wife. “It was just as shocking for me to hear him make accusations,” she wrote, “that I, in effect, propositioned him. So shocking that I had to laugh at just how contrived and rehearsed it was. Beyond a shadow of a doubt, I’m certain Apollo was coached by Phaedra.”

Then Kenya turned her sites on Phaedra who she called a backstabber and a shady business person…. Nice to see the love on RHOA is at an all-time high and will be sure to continue into the next season!

Lies, all lies.  That’s what Phaedra Parks is calling the allegations that she was previously involved in insurance check fraud, auto-theft and racketeering, all slung by a woman named Angela Stanton. Stanton, who claims to be a partner in crime to The Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s previous alleged illegal activities, turned to Vibe last week to spill the details and promote her new book called Lies of a Real Housewife: Tell The Truth and Shame The Devil.

Like any good lawyer, Phaedra quickly objected, and she even tapped a few of her legal buddies to help smooth things out. “The interview circulating is a lie. My attys @bjbernstein & @LLinWood will deal w/this false & defamatory interview swiftly,” she  Tweeted (March 15).

The reality personality would be referring to her Atlanta-based lawyers B.J. Bernstein and Lin Wood.  Wood, a civil defense lawyer hired by the reality personality to to file defamation lawsuits against the allegations also made a statement on Twitter and said, “False accusations have been published about @PhaedraParks. @bjbernstein and I shall aggressively address and refute these lies. Stay tuned.”

It seems like Phaedra might be able to squash this. After all she’s been more than forthcoming about her husband’s criminal past on her Bravo network show. Why would she have left out such a huge detail out of her past especially while flaunting around as a defense lawyer knowing that anyone could dig up her past. I mean really, the internet finds out everything, if Phaedra had been charged with a crime in the past wouldn’t TMZ or somebody have pulled up the public record by now?

“Everybody knows” Phaedra Parks of the Real Housewives of Atlanta prides herself off being the “ultimate Southern belle”: a devoted wife and mother, lawyer, God-fearing funeral director and ever lover of all things “Ridickulous.”  But did you know she had an extensive criminal past? Well that’s what a woman named Angela Stanton claims.

Stanton, the author of a book called Lies of a Real Housewife: Tell The Truth and Shame The Devil, alleges Parks has committed insurance check fraud, auto-theft and racketeering. Her proof? Stanton says she was the Housewife’s partner in crime.

“We were all involved in a federal racketeering scheme against the federal government,” Stanton told Vibe exclusively while promoting the book. ““Stealing Porches, Hummers, Cadillacs, Corvettes, any hot whip at that time, we had it! We would basically go to the car lot and write down the VIN numbers of the vehicles that we felt as if we wanted to keep or would make a good sale…”

Stanton says she first met Phaedra through an artist named Drama and eventually started working with the reality star and her husband Apollo Nida on their side “business” of  cashing fraudulent insurance checks. She was eventually arrested for forgery and points out what Housewives has brought up before: Apollo has served time in jail (2004) for racketeering and theft.

But did Phaedra get off scott free? Or are these the bogus allegations of yet another fame-leech trying to make a buck?

Cynthia Bailey’s storyline on Real Housewives of Atlanta might be a bit of a snooze compared to her other cast mates,  but her husband Peter Thomas stirred up enough drama for the both of them after running his mouth about the gang in Uptown magazine and he’s back for round two in a follow up interview!

Peter summed up his feelings about the cast in his first interview with Uptown and said, “I can’t stand Phaedra’s ass. I think Kim is crazy as f–k. Nene has a big-ass mouth, okay? And Sheree’s not cute! She thinks she’s cute, but she’s not cute. The only one I like is Kandi, and she’s too soft. That’s why she got played with Kim.” Well damn! The comments didn’t fly with Sheree Whitfield who confronted Peter on the show about his choice words and Phaedra Phark’s husband Apollo also got buck in the name of standing up for his lady, but that didn’t stop Peter from having everyone’s name in his mouth after. Peep the second interview where he elaborates on his first jabs.

On clashing with Apollo:

What people see is what it is. I don’t really know Apollo. Apollo felt like he was defending his wife [regarding] the Uptown  article that I did…the article wasn’t about them. The article was about how I felt about what my wife said and what people were saying about, you know, Uptown Restaurant and Lounge and that she gave me money to do it and I wanted to set the record straight by saying yes she made a contribution but I didn’t take her wallet to do it.

The real problem with Sheree:

She talks about everybody fu–ed up all the time, especially my wife. She said my wife is spineless. She said my wife has no backbone. She said my wife follows around NeNe like some little puppy. She says a lot of really fu–ed up things and my wife is too much of a classy chick to even go in on that so, when they ask me what I think, because me and my wife is one, I’m gone say how I feel. She thinks she’s cute but I don’t think she’s cute. If she thinks she’s cute, then that’s on her. It’s like when I watched [the show Sunday] night and she said ‘well, I know I’m cute’ and my answer was ‘really.’ It didn’t change how I feel. But all of that was at the top of the year. I just saw Sheree recently after the Soul Train Awards. She came through to bar One and maybe she forgave me or I forgave her. We don’t know. Let’s see what happens next.

About NeNe and her mouth:

When I say NeNe is loud, it’s because NeNe got a big ass mouth but I love her. I love her to death. I love her. She’s cool as hell. She’s the realest as far as I’m concerned.

About Kim and her mouth:

When I say Kim is crazy as hell, it’s because her mouth is so reckless. All kinds of sh-t come out of her mouth. I don’t think they have ever shot Kim without beeping, without beep beep beep beep beep beep beep beep, because she talks crazy. That’s how she talks.

And there you have it!

Now everybody gets their opinions and I can’t say that Peter’s coming out of nowhere with his, but for someone who has a problem with everyone else running their mouth (and with another husband standing up for his wife as a result), he sure is playing the pot calling the kettle black by doing the same! It’s almost laughable that he’s even meddling in their mayhem at all but I guess one of those guys had to fill the void Dwight left…

Do you think Peter was out of pocket?

So it’s official: Season 3 will be the last you’ll see of Lisa Wu Hartwell and her family on The Real Housewives of Atlanta and apparently it’s because she’s just not that interesting.

A source close to the production told AOL’s BV Buzz: “They basically wanted to script elements of Lisa’s life and make her amp up the drama. She wasn’t with that at all. Lisa felt like if her real life alone wasn’t enough for the network, then maybe it was time for her to go.”

Lisa’s publicist told the Atlanta Journal Constitution a slightly different story and said “she doesn’t want to just be a reality star.” The 38-year-old real estate agent dabbled in fashion design during the show and has gotten some acting gigs lately (can we call and appearance on Meet the Browns acting?) and just released a fitness DVD. Her publicist also said she’s working on a film with Robert Downey Jr.

As for Housewives Lisa will make a few appearances but two new characters will be introduced next season: Phaedra Parks and Cynthia Bailey. We’re already hearing there was plenty of drama at Bailey’s recent wedding which was reportedly held up for 45 minutes thanks to NeNe’s antics.

Sounds like the makings of a season filled with the drama that Bravo was looking for.

Will you miss Lisa Wu Hartwell on Real Housewives of Atlanta?

After months of speculation it’s been confirmed just who will be the new faces we greet on the third season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

April Love, an Atlanta area publicist for cast member Lisa Wu Hartwell, confirmed to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that both attorney Phaedra Parks and model Cynthia Bailey are new cast mates on the show.

Rodney Ho reports:

Love doesn’t know about how Bravo will deal with seven housewives and how they are going to pare the cast down to something more manageable during the season.

If anything, it’s smart for Bravo to shake things up and shift the dynamics, which were starting to get a wee bit tiresome toward the end of season two.

The four original housewives (Kandi Burruss came on year two) have three-season contracts. It’ll be interesting who will stick around for a fourth season – if there is one.

What do you mean if? That show isn’t going anywhere as long as everyone keeps watching…and we all will be.
