Deion Sanders has a gripe with the judge who’s ordered him to pay over $10,000 per month in child support to his estranged wife Pilar. He feels the decision isn’t fair.

In Texas Supreme Court, Sanders filed papers which challenged the support order that was established in a lower court back in May. In the documents, Sanders claims that $10,000 per month is six times more than what Texas law requires. As a result, he wants his child support obligation significantly reduced.

But Pilar, who claims Deion is worth about $250 million, doesn’t believe the Texas Supreme Court should take pity on him. In response, she filed her own legal papers which outline why she needs such a hefty amount of cash. Some of the needs include: $2,000 per month for a special diet for the kids; $900 per month on uniforms and shoes for the kids’ sports activities; and $500 per month on cell phones for the children.

This doesn’t include the $450 she says she spends on haircuts for her sons and treatments for her daughter’s “very thick curly hair.”

NFL all-star Deion Sanders and Hollywood super-producer Tracey Edmonds finally confirmed rumors that they are a couple, but added an extra little bomb: they’ll be making a reality show together.

“I’m producing Deion’s new reality show,” Tracey tells The Insider. “It’s going to be great. It’s gonna be really about the next chapter of his life.”

Guess Deion didn’t learn is lesson after Deion & Pilar: Prime Time Love, the reality show he starred in with ex-wife Pilar Sanders. And we all know how that ended.

Then again, Tracey is no fool when it comes to creating blockbuster entertainment, so maybe she’s banking on this love triangle (which resulted in a restraining order against Pilar last month) to deliver ratings?

Deion, on the other hand, is armed with excuses to convince naysayers that this time will be different. “Tracey has her own. That avoids a lot of drama right there,” he said. “She’s grown. She’s intelligent. She’s sophisticated. She’s beautiful inside and out. There’s no facade. When she takes off the makeup, she’s still beautiful.”

Will they prove us wrong? Guess we’ll have to tune in to find out, but we’re not holding our breath on this one.

One of those housewives/basketball wives/football wives reality shows—or, say, American Gladiator—needs to offer Pilar Sanders a contract ASAP, because homegirl can throw down.

Just one day after she was arrested for jumping (and not in a good way) her estranged husband, former NFL player Deion Sanders, Pilar has been released from jail.

Upon shaking off her handcuffs, Pilar also (sort of) denied the incident:

“I’m a full-time mom, 100 percent for my children,” she said, her voice breaking. “And I just haven’t been given a fair shake.”

Deion, #1 Dad that he is, tweeted a photo of his kids filling out a police report just hours after the incident occurred. His attorney Rick Robertson, however, denies the tweet will affect Deion’s case against his ex. “The assault action that occurred was a criminal action that also constitutes family violence,” he said. “Pilar Sanders was arrested for that and jailed.”

We speculated yesterday that Pilar may have gotten her knickers in a twist over rumors that Deion is dating Tracey Edmonds. Given their living situation—Deion and Pilar are still living under the same roof, presumably until they reach some kind of settlement—its likely things could become more than awkward.

To add hot sauce to the wound, a judge has ordered Pilar to say away from their North Dallas, Texas home for 60 days. The judge also barred her from threatening or harassing her husband, CBS Dallas reports.

Still, Deion, if you know what’s good for you, sleep with one eye open.

In former couple news, Pilar Sanders is crying alleged violence against a friend of her soon-to-be-ex-hubby, Deion, while Kris Humphries wants to let cameras into his and Kim Kardashian’s divorce court proceedings.

Sources told TMZ that Kris and his lawyer, Lee Hutton, want the judge handling the divorce to allow TV stations to broadcast the trial. In doing so, Kris and his lawyer wants to turn the case into an indictment of reality TV, exposing the “M.O. of reality TV” by proving that Kim had no intention of staying married to him. Rather, they claim, she really wanted big ratings for her reality show… But the biggest irony and contradiction of this request is that in trying to condemn reality TV by allowing news cameras into the court Kris will inevitably turn his divorce into, say what, reality TV. Anyway…

Cops received a call from Pilar at Deion Sander’s Texas mansion. The reason for the call? Pilar claimed she was assaulted by a female friend of Deion’s while the former NFL star stood by, watched and did nothing.

Pilar told officers a woman named Laura arrived at the house to see Deion. After Pilar told the woman she wasn’t welcomed and that she should leave, reportedly words were exchanged. Pilar claimed the woman threw an object at her, which struck her in the eye.

While no arrests were made, Pilar’s lawyer said she had to be taken to the hospital as a result of her injury.  Although Deion and Pilar don’t have a reality TV show, judging from the back-and-forth following their split they sound like they could give Kim and Kris’s divorce a run for their ratings.

In the latest chapter of their divorce saga (or, rather, soap opera), Pilar Sanders is accusing Deion of withholding alimony for sexual favors.

The NFL player’s ex filed an emergency motion in a Texas courtroom claiming Deion is holding her “financially hostage,” cutting off her credit cards and severing her cash flow, and will only give her money in exchange for sex. Um, isn’t a divorce about paying your ex to not have sex with you anymore?

In the docs–obtained by TMZ–Pilar claims, “Since [Deion] filed for divorce on December 21, 2011, he has given [Pilar] $300.00 and offered her money in exchange for sexual favors.”

She then notes, “Pilar turned down the money.”

Pilar is begging the court to force Deion to release funds, claiming “The children and I have lived in survival mode for several months, and the emotional toll on all of us is palpable.”

Deion, for the record, vehemently denies Pilar’s claims, saying he recently sent her a cashier’s check for $10,000 which she rejected, likely because she and her lawyer and trying to get their signed pre-nup (which awards Pilar a measly million bucks) thrown out.

Pilar’s lawyer, Larry Friedman, believes she’s entitled to millions more, saying, “The offer does not reflect the assets in the estate and does not account for the time, effort, devotion, and faithfulness Pilar has invested in the marriage.”

As for the true value of Pilar’s “assets,” her lawyer hasn’t put a number on it as yet.

‘ very public divorce keeps getting uglier with a fierce war of words.  The latest: Pilar just filed new court documents in Texas this week claiming that the NFL star is a “bully” who cheated on her with multiple people and she’s looking to clear him out in the divorce settlement.

According to the legal documents, snagged by TMZ, Pilar states her husband of 12 years has been guilty of unkind, uncaring, insensitive, cruel and unusual treatment of [Pilar] … as well as physical, mental and emotional abuse of [Pilar] and the parties’ children.”  The statements add that “[Deion] committed numerous acts of adultery … on numerous occasions throughout the marriage.” Just to be clear, she adds, “[Deion] voluntarily had sexual intercourse with others who were not his spouse.”

Although Deion first filed for divorce in December 2011 (Pilar says she found out about it from TMZ…ouch!), his estranged wife now says the divorce should be granted on grounds of “mental, emotional and physical abandonment.”  She’s asking that the judge throw out their prenup and award her a huge chunk of the estate including exclusive access to the couple’s mansion in Texas.  Plus, she wants sole legal custody of the couple’s three mutual children (she says Deion’s a “bad, absentee father”), even proposing he “needs a full psychological evaluation.”

Deion’s camp has already fired back and claims Pilar’s slandering his name to get more money and assets in the end. His attorney Jody Johnson, told TMZ (um, should the gossip site just mediate this entire divorce?):  ”The actions of Ms. Sanders and her attorney are nothing more than an attempt to avoid a legally binding contract that she no longer likes, by falsely assassinating the character of Mr. Sanders in an effort to extort additional money from Mr. Sanders.”

There’s no doubt Pilar is trying to take a brotha for all he’s worth, but do you think she’s justified if her allegations are true?

‘ how-to book. The ex-wife of NFL hall-of-famer Deion Sanders has been house hunting for a mansion in the $9-$12 million range, TMZ reports. And the best part: her former hubby will be the one footing the bill.

Here’s how it went down (ladies, pay attention): according to the divorce agreement, Deion agreed to buy Pilar a house worth half his own when they split. And since the all-star currently calls a 10-bedroom, 13-bath joint in Prosper, Texas (worth $21 million) home, he’ll have to put Pilar in a place worth at least $10.5 million.

The trailer park doesn’t look so bad right about now, does it, Deion?
