MJ’s big brother is back behind the eight ball again. Jermaine Jackson had his wages garnished on the same day he became the owner of $160,000 2009 Ferrari.
Jermaine’s (and his brother Randy Jackson’s ) baby mama Alejandra Jackson was granted an order to hijack $3,750 from his wages.
The amount of $3,750 breaks down to $3,000 for monthly support and $750 for past due fees. Unfortunately the seizing of Jermaine’s loot doesn’t end there. The government can also garnish future wages to cover the $3,000.
Alejandra isn’t the only one fuming at Jermaine. His mom Katherine Jackson is also reportedly angry at him for paying $70K in cash for a $90K trade in on his Rolls Royce when he couldn’t pay his bills.
Will the Jackson family drama ever end?

Since Michael Jackson’s death, the Jackson family has continued to make headlines for mostly personal reasons. TMZ is reporting that Jermaine has allegedly fallen behind in his child support payments to his and Randy Jackson’s baby mama, Alejandra Jackson, and the past due amount totals over $30,000 dollars.
Because of the debt, Los Angeles Child Support Services Department has asked a judge to hold Jermaine in contempt for failing to meet his child support financial obligations from April 2012 thru April 2013. The CSSD ordered Jermaine to pay $3,000 a month in child support payments for teenage sons Jermajesty and Jaafar, but so far the founding Jackson Five member has not made any monthly payments in full.
To date, Jermaine has only coughed up a total of $5,621 for the year and still owes $30,378. The elder Jackson brother now faces 60 days in jail if he does not pay the total fee by August 2013. The CSSD says Jermaine is guilty of 12 counts of contempt, for each month. There will be a hearing scheduled to address the issue if he does not meet the deadline.
Alejandra and Jermaine previously tousled over back child support payments in 2011. Jermaine then owed $90,000, but settled with his ex for $80,000 instead. If Jermaine could get those types of funds together the last time, he should have no problem getting the cash together this time around. Maybe he can cop a loan from La Toya?

Randy Jackson is letting his babies’ moms know, hey, the bucks stop here, claiming she’s been leeching off the Jackson family for nearly 20 years.
Randy currently has a child support judgment against him for over $600,000 filed by Alejandro Jackson, the mother of his two children (and two by his brother Jermaine—say what?!). The doc was filed because the youngest of the Jackson boys hadn’t paid his $1,200 a month for several years, and now the amount—and its interest—has skyrocketed.
In response, Randy has filed legal documents attempting to overturn Alejandro’s judgment. The papers assert that in 1993 Randy and Michael Jackson allowed Alejandro and her children to live in the Jackson Family compound. In return, Randy wouldn’t have to pay child support.
For her part, Alejandro was given food, utilities, maids, cooks, security guards, telephones, gardeners, maintenance and use of numerous expensive cars, which Randy feels is way more than the $600k he owes her.
Apparently, Randy ain’t thinking of the kids and what he owes them as a father…we’re also wondering if Randy’s stops payments will Jermaine be keeping up his (if there are any to be made). And how in the hell does this woman have children by two of the brothers while living under the same roof? … Ah, the Jackson’s saga continues.

Well if this isn’t the season of musical chairs for judges on the reality show circuit! MTV just announced that Omarion is replacing Shane Sparks on their show Randy Jackson Presents America’s Best Dance Crew. The pop locking R&B singer will be joining ‘Lil Mama and JC Chasez for season five, which premieres on Thursday, January 28th at 10pm ET/PT.
“I’m so excited to be a judge on MTV’s ‘America’s Best Dance Crew,’” Omarion said. “Dancing and performing is what I do and being a judge on this show will allow me to give creative feedback to the newest and hottest dancers on the rise.”
This is a good look for Omarion! After leaving Young Money Entertainment last year, he recently inked his own label deal, StarrWorld Entertainment, where he released a third solo album “Ollusion” January 12th. Way to bounce back. Plus, the boy can dance! He’s reportedly professionally trained in tap, jazz, hip-hop and African dance.
Meanwhile Shane’s exit from the dance stage comes after a Dec. 18 arrest on suspicion of child molestation. He was taken into Los Angeles police custody on a felony warrant and later charged with eight counts of child molestation although his attorney, Steve Meister, claims his client is the victim of a “Hollywood-style” extortion plot and plans to fight the accusations.
What a mess, but as they say: the show must go on.
Does Omarion’s addition to ABDC make you want to tune in this season?

After months of speculation, Paula Abdul confirmed last night that she wont be returning to American Idol to be a judge on the ninth season of the show.
(Please don’t tell me this departure means another album! Rush, Rush away from the studio Paula.)
Abdul broke the news via Twitter:
“With sadness in my heart, I’ve decided not to return to #IDOL. I’ll miss nurturing all the new talent, but most of all being a part of a show that I helped from day 1 become an international phenomenon.”
Abdul was known as the inspirational and encouraging judge who balanced out Simon Cowell’s biting criticisms and Randy Jackson’s constructive feedback laced with corny jokes.
The judge had her fair share of drama related to the show: there was the law-breaking contestant who claimed to be having a secret off-camera romance with her , the obsessed contestant who was found dead in a car not to far from Abdul’s home and who can forget the media frenzy Abdul caused when she appeared on the show incoherent and slurring like there was a lil something somehting in that red Coca-Cola cup on the judges table. Still there’s no denying that she was a huge part of the widly successful show. Fox news issued the following statment:
“Paula Abdul has been an important part of the ‘American Idol’ family over the last eight seasons and we are saddened that she has decided not to return to the show,” the statement read. “While Paula will not be continuing with us, she’s a tremendous talent and we wish her the best.”
(Straight Up Paula, no album. That would just be Cold Hearted)
Idol will begin taping segments for its ninth season this week with Randy, Simon and new judge Kara DioGuardi returning to the show, which will air in January.
Will you still tune in to Idol now that Paula’s gone?

While some ballers, including Robert Horry, Willie McGinest and Warren Moon, got their party on at hot and sweaty Prive nightclub (can’t they afford better air conditioning???) inside Planet Hollywood Resort Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday night, Randy Jackson celebrated his 52nd birthday down the Strip at Tao in the Venetian with glamour girls Rosario Dawson and Dancing With the Stars dancer Karina Smirnoff.
It was kind of sad to see Jackson’s birthday party advertised on billboards around Sin City.
The American Idol judge may look good for his age but once you hit fiddy you’re too old to publicly promote your birthday party at a nightclub.
