Fans (or people who can’t help but watch week after week despite not liking most of the cast) of Basketball Wives witnessed Evelyn Lozada’s on-camera confrontation with Vanessa Davis, now ex-wife of NBA player Ricky Davis.

Evelyn claimed Vanessa soiled her reputation online (insert laughter here) and more importantly, leaked nude photos of her online.

Evelyn threw water in her face while Vanessa just sat there owning her with the comeback, “You’re not even a wife.”

Now Evelyn is taking this one step further and has filed a lawsuit.

TMZ reports that Davis went on a gossip blog and called her a “high end prostitute,” a “drunkard,” and a “hoe a—“ – all because she’s salty over not being picked to be on Basketball Wives.

Evelyn wants $15,000 from Davis.

However, Davis told TMZ: “I will counter-sue for defamation as her lawsuit has no merit and I am positive she has no evidence against me for said claims.”

And we all expected Royce Reed to be the troublemaker.
