Jennifer Hudson ‘Makeover of the Year’

OK, Jennifer Hudson officially makes me want to step my game up! Not only has the Grammy and Oscar winner cut a new album and landed a new movie while planning a wedding, she also managed to drop from a 16 to a sleek size 6, even after having a baby! Her sexy transformation landed her the cover of InStyle’s annual Makeover issue where she rocks a body-con Hervé Léger bandage dress.  Now that she’s slimmed down the super-mama says she can’t stop buying new clothes for her new shape.  ”I have a serious shopping problem now,’ she told the magazine. “Each city we go to, my suitcase won’t hold my new clothes so we have to box them up and ship them home.”

Although her weightloss does look great on her I honestly don’t think that’s the only thing that’s making her look so fabulous these days. Jennifer’s entire style is far more polished than when we first got familiar with her in her American Idol and even Dreamgirls days. She’s higher profile and she’s older and you can tell her taste has evolved over the years. Even before she dropped the dress sizes and teamed up with Weight Watchers to become their spokesperson she was styling in her curves on red carpets at the Grammys and other events. She has always represented for the curvy girls.

“I don’t want to lose any more weight,” Hudson said “and you’re never going to see me skinny. I think this is a good, natural size for me. David [Otunga, Hudson's fiancé] doesn’t like change. He tells me I have no breasts anymore. He tries to feed me. He’s adjusting.”

Don’t waste away on us girl!

But besides the style and body transformations, Jennifer might just have one more makeover in store:

“I’m actually thinking about shaving my head,” she tells InStyle. “I am! Because I feel I’ve got a good structure now [gingerly feels cheekbones]. My cousin’s a beautician, and she always tells me, ‘You could wear any hairdo.’ So I’m thinking, What if I shave my hair? Not completely off, but low. I think that would be so hot. With my diamond studs? But with a cut like that, your face has to be made up at all times. It has to be on.”

Jennifer in the short hair club? That could be interesting…

im happy that jennifer feels good and sexy about herself but i think the weight loss is a lil to much. Her head does look huge!! some peolple are jus not made to be a size 2 and she’s one of them.

Wow!!!!!!!!! Jennifer looks Awesome it doesn’t matter what size you are you can lose weight,and stay dedicated to it..if she was a size 16 and had a baby and now she is a 6 ..i know i can do it!!!! I want to get into a size 8 and i just had a baby.. i know i can do it!!! Just looking at Jennifer pics just gave me MOTIVATION!!!!!

she looked Great B4 she loss all that weight but i guess she didnt think so or she wanted to get healthier but its nice that she showing people that losing weight is possible i’ve been on a diet for a 2 months and i have already when from 262 to 230 i still got a long way from getting to where i want to be but im doing it

She looks fantastic ! Some people are just natural born haters . She will be hated on if she’s fat or skinny . As long as she’s happy within herself Im happy for her and Its also about being healthy .
