It’s a boy!

Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz became proud parents! Their little bundle of joy, Egypt Dauode Dean, was born late last night, Oct. 14, at St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital in New York. Almost hard to believe since Alicia never missed a beat! The Grammy award-winning singer was was spotted out and about in SoHo with her little brother just one day before her bundle of joy was born. Even though she looked like she was about to pop she was still adorable in this mommy-to-be outfit:

Keys gave her maternity jumper a bit of edge with the help of a leather jacket, clutch and shades. She gave her feet a break in studded comfy with studded sandals were still a cute look.  We have a feeling she ‘ll continue to be one stylish mommy and as long as her son stays away from his dad’s affinity for velvet, he should be one trendy little tot.

“Go Cinderella!”–Swizz Beatz

It certainly was a weekend of high-profile weddings! Alicia Keys and Swizz Beatz finally did the “Unthinkable” and tied the knot Saturday at a private home on the French island of Corsica. The Mediterranean wedding was reportedly small and intimate with guests including Queen Latifah and Bono.

Alicia was a breathtaking bride in an ivory silk Grecian-inspired Vera Wang gown–a perfectly flowing style to give her baby bump a little breathing room! And if her ring wasn’t enough bling, the Grammy winner complemented the jewel detail on the back shoulder of her dress with crystal-detailed sandals and a jeweled headband. She carried a purple bouquet of calla lilies to complete the goddess look.

Not to be outdone by his stylish bride, Swizz cleaned up in a Tom Ford tuxedo with an ivory jacket, pink ruffled shirt and bow tie.

Congrats Mr. and Mrs. Dean!

So that’s what was hiding underneath the pounds of petals Alicia Keys wore to last night’s Keep a Child Alive gala in London! Given the good news (she’s pregnant!) we’ll excuse the fact that she looks like she got attacked by a rose bush in this billowing Dolce & Gabbana number.

The singer put the petal to the metal with a pair of dangerously chic metallic Christian Louboutin pumps.

Love the shoes but hopefully Alicia will be outsourcing her flower girl look soon since she’s planning to marry Swizz Beatz at the end of the year.  The Grammy goddess did her best to keep the pregnancy under wraps with tummy concealing outfits like last night’s, but she couldn’t hide signs of a baby bump during the London leg of her Elements of Freedom tour last week. Which reminds me, someone is going to be busy altering all of the Alicia’s body-hugging Gorgio Armani tour costumes–she’s scheduled to be on the road until June.
