It’s a BET personality showdown!

Do celebs have outfit swapping parties? It sure seems like it with ladies popping up in the same pieces every other week–or maybe great minds just think alike. The latest obsession: Alice + Olivia’s Bethany Peplum Dress. This safari green, sequined bodice mini has been test driven by Lauren London, Melanie Fiona, Rosci and most recently, Tiny just to name a few. But take a look at how BET’s personalities made it their own.

Newlywed Tiny wore the dress last week to a special New York screening of Takers and put the icing on it with a diamond necklace, bracelet, earrings (gifts from her hubby T.I.?) and of course her huge wedding rock.

106 & Parkhost Rosci wore hers to the 53rd Emmy Awards Gala with a cool cuff and drop earrings.

School daze…

School was in session for BET’s own Terrence J and Rocsi over the weekend when they had a photo shoot with The Source magazine. The 106 & Park hosts ran the halls from the cafeteria to the lockers to detention for a pictorial which will appear in a Fall issue. The Source posted some behind the scenes shots on Twitter:

Terrance’s brother Fred wore the currently popular “nerd” glasses, but the two looked like cool kids in their retro letterman jackets and sweaters. 

Summer is flying by, but this just reminds me that at least there’s back to school shopping to look forward too!
