An animated Lee Daniels talked to BET’s Sharon Carpenter about his history-making film Precious. Daniels said he wasn’t expecting six nominations and that he carries on the legacy of the greats before him like John Singleton and Spike Lee.  He also talks the importance of sexuality in the film,  risk-taking and the critic.
