Will Halle Win Another Oscar?

Oscar winner Halle Berry might be in the running for another Academy Award. Her new film Frankie & Alice, which won’t have a nationwide release until February is now eligible for an Academy Award nomination. The film will play just for one week in Los Angeles startingDecember 17th.

The indie film stars Halle Berry, Phylicia Rashad and Chandra Wilson. Berry plays a woman who is struggling with multipule personality disroder. After trauma in her teens, her personality splits off into three seperate people — the core personality, a stripper named Frankie, a racist white woman named Alice and a 12 year-old child. The role requires some heavy acting chops and we all know Berry has that in her.
