Latifah Misses Her Triple D’s

You gotta give it up to Queen Latifah. In an industry that idolizes stick-thin white chicks, she’s kept it real by accepting her full-figured self. She recently talked to People mag about her curves.
“(In Hollywood) we’ve definitely gotten better with body type,” she says. “It used to be just me! Now with Jennifer Hudson’s success and America Ferrera, I got some successors to take the reins on this whole bodylicious thing…I think I’m normal compared to the statistics,” she says. “This is a big country nowadays.”
The 37-year-old actress/singer/rapper volutarily had a breast reduction in 2003 to alleviate back pain and shoulder pain, and admits she misses her old “girls.”
Before surgery, Latifah says she was “an E or an F cup. I was pretty big. Now I’m like a DD. I wanted to be a triple. They took one D too many! So that was hard to deal with. … I missed my old look….There are people who love (plastic surgery) and want to cut and chop anything. I’m like, `Y’all are crazy!’”
I personally think she’s fine without the third “D.” Represent for the big girls!
I read the article and it seems she is upset she had the surgery done come on they were to big and causing you health problems a lot of people said that she has no shape at all only her breast is what made her but being the person she is is what makes her so please don’t feel bad about having it done you will think about it in the long run especially when it comes to you getting older and sagging they will be to dang heavy for your body
oh wow them was some heavy girls well sometimes u gotta do what and the size that mine are already at 15 i dont kno how much bigger they gon get but i dont think i would ever change them but u representing for all the thick sistahs around tha world with big girls!!
i think that Queen Latifah has it going on. there are small girls in the world but there are also big girls and if somebody dont keep it real then who will. everybody has to be somebody and do wat they wanna do but if she is repersenting for our thick girls do ya thang i aint hating…. Jennifer Hudson she is got it going on too… there are some men out there not looking for skinny girls they are looking for girls wit a little meat on there bones so why hate…….. men need somebody they can cuddle up with and not just skin and bones….im like my gurl monique… im plump like a roast and im thicker than most so stop hating….. i love my self so why shouldnt they do the same thing………..
Regardless you are still the QUEEN. Triple D,E,or F. Big up QUEEN you got it you got it. You keep on doing it QUEEN. True woman. No slackness.

first a question…this guy (NOWAY) thinks Queen is horrible looking (his opinion) and thats his right…but was attracted to her when she was playing a domininant lesbian on Set It Off…hmmmm…what does that say…and how can you get mad at people who have different taste than you and call them blind…everyone like what they like…you are no one to judge them for it…
I think Queen is beautiful. It’s in her confidence and the way she carries herself. She has an aura about her that attracts people.
Like I said before, if you what to know what thick black beauty is, look to Taccara Jones,what finest,NOT latifa.
Look people I understand you wanting to accept people for whatever size they are and we sould,but what about the health risk of being large,I mean it’s common knowlegde that they don’t live long,for instance,remember “WHAT’S HAPPINING” the sitcom?,well who’s alive and who’s dead?.
