There is NO such thing as an amicable divorce. I’m sure there are hard feelings for her seeing another woman with her ex-husband and possibly his next wife. I always thought they were mis-matched anyway. Kimoria, although very beautiful on the exterior, seems spoiled and inexperienced while Russell is wordly, cultured and a man who’s built an empire. She wouldn’t even be who she is if it wasn’t for him…just another model has-been. She’s not a Tyra or Naomi, so if it wasn’t for him, she would have disappeared. Why all the hate for Kimora? She’s accomplished more than any the losers hating on her. Kimora was smart enough to get married THEN have kids. So what they are divorced and she dissed his girlfriend. Everyone keeps talking about Kimora wants Russell and she is jealous. You keep forgetting the two most important reasons why they still communicate and still are friends. MING and AOKI!!! Yes, I would check out the woman who possibly may become a permanent fixture in my children’s lives. Not because of him but because this will affect my children. I can beleive she said that. Kimora Simmons forgot where she came from. She would not be where she is today if she hadn’t married Russell Simmons. From what I heard Russell divorced her and that’s good for her. The only reason she is successfull is because she had a famous husband.

Now, Tyra Banks came through the modeling industry at a young age and didn’t have a famous parent or husband to ride on and she is very successful. That’s who I look up to.

I am so Happy for Mr. Simmons, he deserves a new start. I watched his ex’es show once, and that was it for me. If she acts anything like that in “real” life, I can see why Mr. Simmons is so happy now with a down to earth young lady. I think Kimora is being a grown-up, and doing grown-up things. There’s no reason to act like a child if you cant have someone,what’s not meet to be will not be and what is will be.
