First of all, she was not drinking and what I read another car hit her car from behind and she didn’t have control of her car and ran into this lady’s car. If I’m wrong let me know. But I know for sure she was not drinking. The police did not say she had been drinking.

They are going to make an example of her even though she have alot more to deal with mentally. Knowing you weren’t intoxicated or anything and you took someone’s life. We all have to look at it from both points of view.
From the victims point of view i feel they shouldn’t even try to put Brandy in jail because if they dig deep down in their hearts,they’ll realize that everyone makes mistake.No matter how big or small it all boils down to the fact everyone makes mistakes and there’s no doubt in my mind that the victim’s family has made a mistake before.

From Brandy’s point of view i feel Brandy shouldn’t be charged because it was truly an accident.Think about it she’s probably taking it the hardest.I mean she has to wake up every morning and think about that someones life was taking and it was partly her fault.That’s a lot of pressure to have and could cause suicidal thoughts if you don’t learn to walk around with your head held high.Charging Brandy isn’t going to bring the victim back.So why hurt someone for no reason.

I know that what brandy did was tragic, and I know that alot of people are in remorse including brandy. The comment I did’nt like was that she did’nt feel anything.
