The Judgement of God is upon us right now at all four corners of our country. He will destroy and chatise us as a people. I really cannot believe that some people are judging Queen Latifah the way they are. It is especially shameful for those who go sit up in the church pew every Sunday or Saturday or whenever to judge. That is not your right. I sincerely respect Queen Latifah and her consistent decisions to be who she is and not to sell herself out as so many others have. She has long since made wise decisions and I trust that this is another wise decision, one that comes from her heart. At the end of the day everyone wants companionship and it appears that she has found that. Would you rather see her like Halle Berry, in meaningless abusive relationships? I wish her all the best. I grew up alongside her (from a distance of course) and am proud in her accomplishments as if they were mine. I do not care who she lays her head next to at night. It is none of OUR business. People need to worry about those folks out there raping little girls and videotaping themselves and others touching little boys and doing sadistic crap. If she loves a woman, that’s who she loves and I pray that they have many years of happiness so that everyone (especially those who have probably married a man and divorced or are in miserable hetero relationships) eat their words. They are both beautiful, intelligent women and I wish them blessings.

I really hope that the brothas writing about this topic are just as passionate about writing and about and fighting against societal maladies such as domestic violence and other abuses against women committed by men.
