That Body Is Just Not Natural

Rapper LL Cool J is on the cover of the August issue of Men’s Fitness, looking yoked as usual.
I know they say “good Black don’t crack” but at age 40, a body of that type is just not natural.
Makes you wonder, how he is able to maintain a body like that.
Here’s an excerpt from the article:
LL has always preached long hours of sweat and sacrifice as he only secret to his incredible physique. And that, he says, has not changed. “Steroids? more like L-roids.”
“Lets be realistic: I have been a relevant figure in practically every era of hip-hop. No one else can say that. You have people that dominated one era. I have been relevant in every era and dominated a couple. Russell Simmons and I are the blueprint for everything that you see going on in hip-hop.”
“I am not going to lie and tell you that i am overly impressed with hip-hop right now.” As for who the greatest rapper is alive – a title Jay-Z currently boasts – LL Cool J says only time will tell. But the self-proclaimed “Greatest of All time” reminds everyone that he’s he is rap’s version of a dynasty. “It’s like trying to compare the spurs to the Lakers or the Celtics. Yes the spurs have a lot of championships and are very successful. but you cant compare them to the Celtics or the Lakers. I am on a whole other level. a lot of these guys are the Spurs. And that is no disrespect.
LL’s new album, Exit 13, comes out in August.
He should change the title to “Exit, Stage Left” and retire for good from the rap game and just pose with his shirt off.

I don’t give a D@mN whether he has had plastic surgery or not that man is beautiful. That is one sexy milk chocolate man. I don’t believe he has had any kind of surgery at all. I think that as a celebrity he has the time and money that we don’t have to hire trainers, nutritionists etc. He has the hours to spend in the gym that we don’t have. Don’t hate, appreciate because we women do.
People have speculated how they think LL obtained his body. What DIFFERENCE does it make? HOW does it change YOUR life. There are so many negative people in the world, they don’t believe anything could be good. Who has time to sit around and wonder about what he did or didn’t do. If you do you have too much time on your hands. The man looks good. Black people stop hatting yourself.
The reality is that when you have an artist whose been down and relevant for the majority of the genre’s existence then he definitely has a right to speak his mind on the state of HIP HOP! Thats why these young rappers are having problems with individuals like L.L., Ice-T and few other “O.G.” rappers of said status. Most people who have never been lazy about their physique (like L.L.) age almost similarly, particularly black celebrities. It is what it is, these young boys need to mature their whole image, not just they’re lyrical content! Das whassup!!!
For those that like to speculate, he has a book out called “The Platinum Work”…plus he cut out beef from his diet and thus you see the resluts…

LL just took it back to the way we should eat …and his NATURAL self came out. Black people always had a very muscular body … its the way we have been brainwashed to eat and live that killing us all.

WHAT !!? Are you serious …why should he? That’s one of the problems with OUR music people that have nothing to do with it has more than enough to say about who should be in or out!!! We need more intelligence in rap music in music period and that comes with wisdom and age! These KIDS in hip hop are being pimped to lead an entire generation of out children into prisons and graves !! Not to mention teaching the worship of money like a ”GOD”. It does not matter how you get or what you do to get it as long as you have it …and use it to buy sh*t form WHITE PEOPLE !!

LL is not on steroids, you guys are ignorant to fitness, gym workouts, and lifting weights. You can get muscular naturally without the drug. Come on now. Get educated on fitness and a healthy workout before you speculate with negativity.
First and foremost LL is the G.O.A.T in the rap music industry. he started banging with Run-DMC and can still get down today with anybody you want to put on the ~%* wayne kanye jigga nas any of them. the ladies loved him and all the men thinks he’s cool. No matter what your favorite type of rap you can always find a track from Mr smith to rock the crowd with

He’s gorgeous, and I definitely believe that is all him. There are tons of 40 year old men in great shape. But he is fine as wine.
He will always be relevant to Hip-Hop and is a big part to the success of Hip-Hop. LL ruled the 80’s and 90’s. His flow was always tight. He’s the total package: Talent, looks, lyrics.
I think we have some HATERS out there. The brotha looks good. For all the HATERS go join the 50 million pound challenge and maybe..just maybe you will look like that
