That Body Is Just Not Natural

Rapper LL Cool J is on the cover of the August issue of Men’s Fitness, looking yoked as usual.
I know they say “good Black don’t crack” but at age 40, a body of that type is just not natural.
Makes you wonder, how he is able to maintain a body like that.
Here’s an excerpt from the article:
LL has always preached long hours of sweat and sacrifice as he only secret to his incredible physique. And that, he says, has not changed. “Steroids? more like L-roids.”
“Lets be realistic: I have been a relevant figure in practically every era of hip-hop. No one else can say that. You have people that dominated one era. I have been relevant in every era and dominated a couple. Russell Simmons and I are the blueprint for everything that you see going on in hip-hop.”
“I am not going to lie and tell you that i am overly impressed with hip-hop right now.” As for who the greatest rapper is alive – a title Jay-Z currently boasts – LL Cool J says only time will tell. But the self-proclaimed “Greatest of All time” reminds everyone that he’s he is rap’s version of a dynasty. “It’s like trying to compare the spurs to the Lakers or the Celtics. Yes the spurs have a lot of championships and are very successful. but you cant compare them to the Celtics or the Lakers. I am on a whole other level. a lot of these guys are the Spurs. And that is no disrespect.
LL’s new album, Exit 13, comes out in August.
He should change the title to “Exit, Stage Left” and retire for good from the rap game and just pose with his shirt off.

I think its kind of messed up that you would suggest that its unnatural for him at 40 to look the way he does. That is what a good physical activity can do for your body, and black people dont age like everyone else, he looks great and it just goes to show you, with hard work you can preserve your sexy! Dont speculate or put that bad energy in the air, especially when you dont really know what he’s doing. When you assume you make an ass out of you!
LL Cool J works hard to stay in shape. This is a problem with society now: People think or believe all celebrities get some type of plastic surgery and that’s not true. LL is a true person, there’s nothing fake about him. He looks good to be 40 years old.

I agree with everthing Lisa33 said. Keep it real girl. It’s probably a fellow HATIN!!!!!!!And besides 40 is not old. You can still maintain at that age. If you take care of yourself and eat healthy, you can look like that too.

To anybody reading my email I think LL Is a great looking YOUNG man. Age Is nothing but a number LL Is going to look good at any age. And anybody who Is saying anything negative about LL Is Jealous because they don’t look like that. LL works VERY VERY hard to look the way he does without having any PLASTIC SURGERY. If you want to get your body In shape like LL or just get In shape don’t hate him get your but off the couch watching videos & eating bon bons and start walking to the nearest GYM and working out. So don’t hate the man because he looks better then you. I can’t wait to buy the Men’s Fitness Magazine…

Some people just need to shut the hell up,ok LL works out he probaly eats healthy etc,he does not take drugs to get the look he just stays in the gym dam give the brother a break he looks good yes to be 40,what you can’t look good at 40 dam!He has never fit the image of someone who is taking steroids etc some men are just into fitness,my man is also,but he doesn’t look like this ahahahahahahahahah!
