That Body Is Just Not Natural

Rapper LL Cool J is on the cover of the August issue of Men’s Fitness, looking yoked as usual.
I know they say “good Black don’t crack” but at age 40, a body of that type is just not natural.
Makes you wonder, how he is able to maintain a body like that.
Here’s an excerpt from the article:
LL has always preached long hours of sweat and sacrifice as he only secret to his incredible physique. And that, he says, has not changed. “Steroids? more like L-roids.”
“Lets be realistic: I have been a relevant figure in practically every era of hip-hop. No one else can say that. You have people that dominated one era. I have been relevant in every era and dominated a couple. Russell Simmons and I are the blueprint for everything that you see going on in hip-hop.”
“I am not going to lie and tell you that i am overly impressed with hip-hop right now.” As for who the greatest rapper is alive – a title Jay-Z currently boasts – LL Cool J says only time will tell. But the self-proclaimed “Greatest of All time” reminds everyone that he’s he is rap’s version of a dynasty. “It’s like trying to compare the spurs to the Lakers or the Celtics. Yes the spurs have a lot of championships and are very successful. but you cant compare them to the Celtics or the Lakers. I am on a whole other level. a lot of these guys are the Spurs. And that is no disrespect.
LL’s new album, Exit 13, comes out in August.
He should change the title to “Exit, Stage Left” and retire for good from the rap game and just pose with his shirt off.

First of all, 40 is no where NEAR old. I’ve seen men well into their 50’s and even early 60’s at my healthclub that are very physically fit and cut.
As for him retiring from the rap game, it’s a shame that he’s STILL waaaaay more lyrically gifted then most of these no-talent hacks that are rapping about the same stuff to the same tired beats.
BTW, LL is GORGEOUS!!!
LL looks good. However, you can’t blame a person for suspecting steroids could be a factor.

Ladies I think we all know da real LL and he wouldn’t get surgery for nothin! Unless it was for a life and death situlation. But anyways LL all natural and dem writers just hatin.
LL is one of the all time greats! He’s not the greatest lyricist, but this dude has been here since ‘85!!! Naw, he ain’t at the top of his game but he still puts it down on the lil’ smoov remixes….

People need to stop trippin’ cuz LL has ALWAYS been into physical fitness! This is what most would look like if healthy eating was a lifestyle for them. Folks don’t wanna believe it’s natural cuz we live in an obese society, so being healthy isn’t popular nor believable anymore and that’s a shame. Folks wanna hate cuz they probably on overweight at 25…Bottom line, LL is fine and has always been.
Give me a break! Like a lot of people said you all who have something negative to say are haters!! There are people in their 20’s and 30’s whose bodies look a mess! Age/steroids have nothing to do with it! A good exercise and eating regimen is what will do that for you. To have such sculpturing one must be committed to good health and healthy habits!!
