This is why it amazes me that people believe that racism has suddenly vanished in this country. As election day gets closer and Obama continues to lead, note how blatant McCain supporters are getting in expressing how they really feel. Racism in this country is becoming more and more like it is in Latin American countries where people don’t admit to being racist although they still harbor racist sentiments. There was a recent report from Houston that police are more likely to taser blacks than whites. This incident involving Wright isn’t suprising.

Not only is Oliver Stone guilty of twisting the facts to suit his agenda, but he lacks the backbone to do the right thing. He should’ve politely stepped up to the defense of Jeffrey Wright.
Would I have done something if I was in Mr.Stone’s shoes? Yessir!!!
I have a low tolerance for anyone being wronged.
One episode occured while working as a security officer at a large inner-city hospital. Some young white nurses were spooked by a big black man and his family. I was called to deal with the situation (and expected to at least evict those folks and probably put a “trespass” notice on them). As it turned out the big black man in question happened to be someone who I knew while in the military. (We are both retired servicemen.) I knew that he was guilty of no wrongdoing and spoke up for him.
It doesn’t take much to do the right thing. If you can’t, then call for backup.

How familiar…. I just say again and again….. When people start shooting the Police because of their behavior, then people will begin to take notice. This is a sad state!!!!! I was not there, nor can I judge. Just remember everyone has someone to do their dirt for them. That uniform does not make you correct. That is why some Citizens have no regards to respect of the Police right now today. The real sad part is for the GOOD Police men/women it has a negative effect on their hard work.

NOTE**** For all who are racist and ignorant stop trying to serve “OUR” Country and just move on an island for people of your kind, and live in hatred together, so that civil human beings can have peace and harmony…. This Country have more pressing issues than dealing w/ ignorance….
