More Legal Drama For Rihanna

As if she didn’t already have enough to deal with lately (ex-boyfriends, naked pictures, and rumored love interests, oh my!) Rihanna has just been slapped with a lawsuit.
E Online’s got the official court documents in which a neighbor of the singer is suing her (and Stephen Yacobian, the owner of the Hollywood Hills home she rents) for negligence, trespassing, invasion of privacy and fraud amongst other things.
Christian Moeller’s has beef with RiRi and her people for driving through his yard and having chauffeured vehicles park or idle on his property for “hours at a time.” The disgruntled neighbor is also upset because he claims a security camera on the property is pointed directly into his home and a privacy wall and tall bamboo plants are blocking his city views (this is probably the same guy who screams at little kids for splashing in the pool).
Moeller is asking for unspecified damages in light of the inconvenience, the removal of the intrusive shrubs, destruction of the wall and attorneys fees.
Seriously? Looks like someone’s just scheming for a payday.

The media will continously try and make this gurl look liek she ’s an innocent person. I hate how a couple WEEKS !! after the incident between her and chris happened she’s all up in some nexted mans arm’s. Does he not realize dat she’s only makin her self look more and more like a Slut???

The deal was she could use his yard to get to her driveway, not park her and her friends’ cars all over the freakin place. I doubt that he’s a fan of her’s and I’m guessing he wants his private property to remain his private property, as is his right. I hate when people park in my driveway without my permission and I have their cars towed immediately if they refuse to move it. Just because she’s a celeb does not give her the right to park where she wants because she thinks he won’t mind because she’s “Rihanna”. Her recent legal troubles are not his problem, if he wants her to stop parking her crap all over his yard then that’s all he has to worry about. That’s her fault for not being more considerate to her neighbor.

I wish people would just leave Ri Ri alone. This poor child has been through enough. I agree with everyone’s comment. He just wants money. In a couple of days, Rihanna has to go to court with the Chris Brown situation. I hope that they work things out. People can change.

i think any neighbor have the right to say something about his surroundings. rihanna cant be letting ppl do whatever they want to do, she has to be responsible and take care of things. i would be mad to if ppl were always in my way or on my property they not paying for it and they destroying it also. yea i would send out a strong message too. i dont care what type of stuff she going through she need to get her life in control bc she is acting real immature. i dont understand why ppl are still having sympathy for her, it seems she like the attention and drama. we dont know the real rihanna and i think she has more to hide then this innocent look. the goody goody looking ppl are the ones that are deceptive and evil. i feel bad for chris, im tired of ppl putting him down. hes a young kid and everybody makes mistake but i know one thing i would never scream, push, or try to fight a man bc instinct kick in and men are stronger than you so dont every provoke them. women out there why yall being so harsh out there try to get in an argument with your dude and you push scream and fight him like your a man and think hes going to take it watch what happen. i advise women dont put your hands on a man and i guarantee he will never touch you. and yes im a 30 year old black woman that get tired of women getting these men in trouble bc they are upset and start the situation. makes me sick to my stomach.
