Michael Jackson dies at 50

More bad news this week. After Ed McMahon and Farrah Fawcett, Michael Jackson has now left us. First, reports surfaced the pop icon suffered cardiac arrest. Published reports claimed he collapsed in his Holmby Hills mansion shortly after noon. He was taken to UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles, California.
CNN reported Jackson was being administrated CPR in the ambulance. Then, TMZ broke the news that Michael Jackson passed. CBS News, The LA Times and CNN soon confirmed.
Michael Jackson was preparing for 50 sold-out shows overseas and rehearsing in California. Jackson was only 10 years old when he and his brothers, The Jackson 5, signed with Motown in 1968. Michael and his brothers would become one of the biggest groups of all time with Michael as solo artist becoming the biggest pop star in the world. Throughout controversy and scandal, no one could ever take away Michael’s title as the King of Pop.
Michael was allegedly plagued with health problems for years — Lupus, vitiligo and an addiction to pain killers.
Michael Jackson will be deeply missed by fans and the BET family. Please leave your condolences in the comments.

I am sadden at the loss of Michael, I feel as if I’ve lost a friend or a member of my own family. To Michael’s family Id like to say, “in the desert of despair God has an oasis of comfort.” This was taken from the June issue of Our Daily Bread. May God bless you & give you peace and comfort in the memories that you have of Michael. Sharing in your loss, with deep and sincere sympathy. Love, Bernice
My heart is broken! It’s really hard to believe that this really happened. Michael, you were a part of me since I was a child, and when I heard the news it felt like someone ripped that part away from me! It’s hard to believe this; it’s hard to accept it! I think I will never accept that this is true! We have lost a great talent and soul, and there will never be another MICHAEL JACKSON! You are the best thing that ever could happen to this world!

MJ you will never be forgotten. You inspired so many people all over the world. Just for giving us such a magical ride for almost 5 decades we love you so much. My son is even inspired by you, my mother grew up on you, what a span of time inbetween! My son has a promising career in acting and print and since your untimely demise it has driven him even more to put his best foot forward. Your soul is now the blanket that shall give our hearts peace and comfort when we think of the greatness that you are, For you will never be forgotten. Beyond a legend more than an entertainer a greater force than music itself. “Thank you for teaching us our ABC’s and 123’s no one wears a glove like you do, no one walks the moon like you do”- Nia Long.
We love you forever and always

I feel like I have lost a family member. MJ meant so much to me, so much to the world. He is my inspiration. The tears that are welling up in my eyes right now seem uncontrollable. Since last Thurs I’ve felt so sad. When a person you have never met a day in your life, drives you to tears in their death…then you know that person has got to be divinely special. I love you Micheal Jackson…so much

My sympathy goes to the Jackson family. MJ was a great entertainer. I grew up on his music from the BAD album to the present. Everyone is giving him tributes and saying how much there going to miss him when he should have been honored him before he died so that he would have known he still had true fans not waited until he died.
