Remember the Time: Leave your condolences for MJ

Say what you will about Michael Jackson, but if not for him the likes of Usher, Chris Brown, Ne-Yo, Beyonce, and every other Black megastar that came after him wouldn’t be here.
He is a trendsetter in every sense of the world. From his dancing to his videos to his hair (I’m not kidding – his lacefront game was so proper) Michael changed the game and no matter how hard others try to copy him there will never be another like him.
As sad as I am about his death I can’t help but smile about all of the wonderful memories he’s given me.
I remember my mom telling me that I used to cry whenever the “Thriller” video came on because I was so young and afraid. Well they laughed at me, so that’s more so a happy memory for them.
I remember jumping and up down and screaming, “I’m BAD” in my living room.
I remember watching Moonwalker over and over again. People shouldn’t sleep on that movie. Mike was the original Transformer.
I remember screaming “Dirty Diana” over and over again to my mom and her threatening to beat the hell out of me because Diana is her first name.
I remember gathering around the TV to watch Michael premiere the video for “Remember The Time.”
I remember cursing out my friend for staining my favorite Michael Jackson t-shirt. If you’re wondering, no I wasn’t a kid. I was like 22.
You still may catch me screaming “shamon” for no good reason.
As I sit here, I am listening to “In The Closet,” fighting the urge to get up and strut around like Nay-Nay (that’s Naomi Campbell to you) in the video.
I think Mike would want it that way.
As unfortunate as his death is, Michael did more by 30 than people who lived to be 100. We have to celebrate his genius.

Rest in Peace Michael and to the Jackson family, I love you and my deepest condolences to the entire family. Michael has left a great music legacy so can we all just stop the hatred and get along and just like Michael’s song says: It don’t matter if you’re black or white. Let’s heal the world and live together in peace!!!
I will continue to do my part to keep his legacy alive.
Michael Jackson is more than an icon to us he’s also like family to us. Michael is not only the KING OF POP but the KING OF ALL GENRES. He made music for all sizes young and old, but not only his music inspired us but his work outside of doin much music, such as giving back world wide. Michael Jackson will forever be a true insipration towards all singers and non – singers, he will foever and ever be in our hearts, love you Michael, R.I.P
I have submitted comments on CNN and TMZ but none got posted, I guess they didn’t like what I said. When I heard news of Michael Jackson’s death , I became ill. My heart ache. I could not stop the tears. It hurt me so deeply. Then came the negative mess from haters/media. I could not listen to. Why can’t we celebrate his LOVE, Compassion for ALL people. He is the KING of POP. Michael will live forever. I just want the media to show some love to his children and family at this time. All the other mess will come up soon or later. Today, Let’s celebrate this ICON. He was loved around the world. Please let MICHAEL have his day. May he finally rest in peace. I say, WELL DONE King! You gave to us more than any other artist. I will love and cherish you forever. May you dance and sing all the way to heaven. Your real father will understand. Finally at home where you will be appreciated. I love you!! I’m praying for the children and his mom. Will all the hater take a seat. We are celebrating the KING of POP today. He is loved by so many.

Micheal Jackson will always be missed in life. He did alot of great things for people that no one ever knows about.All the bad things that folks are talking about just let that go. He is a man of wisdom and had a big heart for ever one and ever thing. My heart gones out to his family ? I will always love him. (RIP) for you will never be forgotten.
I grew up listen to The Jackson 5, when Michael went out on his own I was so excited for him. He is the greatest musician ever and no one in this lifetime will ever exceed what he done for music. We all lost a special person when he passed. I love you, Michael. My thoughts and prayers go out to the Jackson family and most of all his children.
l lost two Michaels this year, my brother whom I dearly loved and will miss tremendously who like MJ had a great heart. my condolences go out to his children. A great loss for humanity on both aspects

Micheal Jackson was another great son of god, Micheal Jackosn touched many different (Religlion,Cultures,Nations,and Countries, Micheal Jackson loved and gave his whole heart & soul to love thru out the entire world. When I first heard M.J. had died I did not believe it, I just flat out did not believe it. But as time went on I begin to hear more and more about his death. I’m telling you it hit me like a family member, I cried and I cried, just could not wrap my mind of the fact Micheal Jackson was dead. Now as far as the contraversities go, his good far, I mean far out weigh his bad. We all have come short of the glory of God., No one amoung us is without sin. I heard a News caster say, why have people forgotten about the low points in Micheals life, because he has done so much good, a whole lot of good things, his misic can make you feel,his dancing can put you in a trance, his giving spirit, i could go on an on. I’m not going to focus on aything negative.

It is just so hard to believe that my Idol is no longer here. Michael Jackson was more than just an Entertainer. He was a Humanitarian, a father, a son, a brother, a uncle, cousin, close friend, and a god-father. He loved what he did and that was to Entertain. His music has filled my heart with so much Joy over the years. I have been a fan of his since the Jackson 5 watching their cartoons and their live shows across the airways. He will be truly missed by me and Entire world. There is NO comparison between him and Elvis. Michael Jackson was bigger than Elvis or the Beattles could ever be. He had an impact on the world, The World…..That is Huge! His music and Legacy will live forever in my heart and in my Home. We Miss you Michael!
