Whitney vs. Oprah? Yeah, Right…

When Whitney Houston sat down on The Oprah Winfrey Show, Oprah looked like she wanted to ask Whitney for an autograph. Likewise, Whitney seemed as if she wanted to tell the world that O was her play cousin.
It was a love fest between two people who seemed to genuinely care about each other. Of course, now a tabloid is saying one hates the other person’s guts.
Per the National Enquirer:
“Bad blood has been simmering between the superstars for years over Whitney’s struggle with drugs – and their secret feud exploded off camera when the pop diva angrily blasted Oprah as a liar!
‘Whitney knew Oprah’s show could help her clean up her tarnished image after years of drug use and her troubled marriage to Bobby Brown – and Oprah knew the interview could help her sagging TV ratings,’ says an insider.
‘But Whitney felt Oprah needed her more than she needed Oprah. Whitney was contacted by various media outlets vying for the ‘big get’ interview with her during her comeback campaign.’
Whitney, 46, had her pick of the litter, but chose Oprah because she wanted to appeal to her viewers and knew that if Oprah pushed her too far during the interview she was going to push back and expose some of Oprah’s own secrets!
‘Whitney will never forget that when she was down and out, Oprah wanted nothing to do with her,’ an insider told The Enquirer. And that pissed-off Whitney to no end . . .”
I trust the results of Amy Winehouse passing a drug test than I do the Enquirer. What happened — did Jennifer Aniston have a slow week?
I agree, slow week for tabloid. Also, at whitney’s official site, http://www.whitneyhouston.com, Arista put out a press release yesterday after her album moved up to #2 selling 155k copies saying that she thanked Oprah and welcomed the response to her story. No bad blood here and Oprah did look a bit star struck. In fact, they told each other that they loved each other at the end of interview 2 and that looked very genuine.
I see why Whitne is such a recluse- wherever she goes or opens her mouth, people like drama.

i tihink this is crazy but i understand what whitney is going through, if as long as whitney was on top of the world oprah was there of her but when she begin to go through she wanted nothing ot do with her, thats not a good friend at all but its not worth all this,
whitney is on top of the world again god has blessd her and it shows more power to you honey.

the reason for the interview on both parts were needed but wrong and for the wrong reason
The media loves to make up b.s. drama b/w famous black women so, there no surprise there. And Malcolm, how do you know that Oprah wanted nothing to do w/ Whitney when she was going thru her hardships? And, if that were even true, why would Whitney have anything to do w/ Oprah knowing that Oprah would be that way in the 1st place?
If people believe what those tabloids say thay are gullible for information. Wait and hear it from the parties involved.

i have nothing to say about oprah and whitney they both look very good and keep up the good work.
The show was beauiful, Whitney was real about what he said. We hear her side and Bobby , So let’s leave them in God’s hand’s as they live there own life’s . let’s not stay in the past ! God don’t keep thing’s in our life to carry on, old thing’s become new, Please! for you who want to make money off of other ’s people’s life’s try to look at your life and see if you want to money off it .Only God is ruler over all of us, So watch what you say or lie about it will come back on you.
