Pay Your Rent!

Entertainers are a funny breed. They sell you this image of a life full of fame and fortune then three weeks after they cash their first royalty check comes word that the bill collector is on that a–.
Take Soulja Boy for example. He has a whole online video series called “Rich N—ga Sh-t” but as it turns out — he’s not.
Soulja Boy has been accused of owing over $9,000 in rent in addition to not abiding by a two-guest rule.
In a letter to the star, obtained by TMZ.com, the landlord writes:
“We have received complaints of noise disturbances and guests wandering the hallway and Observation Deck. This is a direct violation of your Lease Agreement. Additionally, we were notified that you had over 10 cars parked in guest parking on the evening of September 25th. This is a violation of your lease which states, ‘You may have no more than two overnight guests at a time unless we provide specific approval.’”
So on top of violating the terms of your lease, you don’t even pay your rent, DeAndre? What’s wrong, pimpin’? Spent all of your money on your new curls? That can’t be it. You sold way too many ringtones. Why won’t you pay your rent and let your landlord be great?
He so young and he not ready for that kinda responsiblity he would better off being living with his mom or getting a accountant and he has like two houses he dnt need 2 houses anyway

Another dumb celebrity….why do you have a landlord?!! Pay the sucker off and own it! Dont get that. All this money and cant buy common sense. Dont understand why these celebs have mortgages and dealing with foreclosures and they just made like millions in one movie or album. Again, “tragic!”
Leave soulja boy ALONE…i think people need to worrie about how they gone pay they bills and stop worrring about what he doing…GIVE THE DUDE A BREAK AND STOP BEING A HATER…nobodys PERFECT….
This is why I think there should be some sort of mandatory “money management” course that had to be completed before these young rappers are even given their first big paycheck.
There is more to life than obnoxious gold chains, stupid lookin’ tatoos, and baby mammas! When will they get it.
