The mama of Damon Dash’s son is making some interesting claims against the hip hop mogul amid their ongoing custody battle:From TMZ: Linda Williams claims that 16-year-old son Damon Dash II, aka “Boogie,” says he was “living with not hot water [sic] or electricity for two months in his bedroom,” and that Damon took him to the morgue to ID an uncle who committed suicide by gunshot to the head. Worst of all, Damon didn’t spring for $3,600 for hoops camp. Williams says Damon has been cagey over a promise to put $10 mil in trust for the kid.

C’mon now. No hot water? I can see being a little funny about the 10 mil, but no hot water???

The mother of Fiddy’s son is suing him in NYC for alledgedly trying to kick her out of a $2.4 million pad he purchased for her and her kids. Ex-girlfriend Shaniqua Tompkins, who has been in an ongoing child support battle with Fiddy, says the rich rap star broke a promise to buy her a house of her own and now wants her out of the Long Island home. She’s suing him for breach of contract. Sources say Tompkins and Fiddy’s son Marquis were allowed to remain in the property on condition that the child support money be used in part to find a new residence. Fiddy says they didn’t even try and that Tompkins is taking advantage of the situation.

Says Tompkin’s lawyer Paul Catsandonis: “She didn’t go to school and she nursed him back to health when he got shot nine times. She’s been with him since day one, and she’s not some gold digger.”

Well, now that’s up for debate. 

Here’s why it doesn’t always pay to be greedy. The mother of Fiddy’s son thought she was gettin’ over on a brother when a judge granted her $25,000 a month in child support payments while the courts hashed out how much the rapper should really be paying. The rulings in: After combing through the expenses of Shaniqua Tomkins and their 10-year-old son, the judge slashed the monthly payment down to $6,700! That’s an $18,300 savings for Fiddy.

Eh, she’ll have to give up a few luxuries, but she’ll be just fine.

Mel B.’s one busy mama — she’s “Dancing With the Stars,” prepping for a Spice Girls Reunion Tour AND still battling with Eddie Murphy. According to the UK’s Daily Mirror, she’ll be taking her ex-lover to court on Nov. 14 to make sure he coughs up some dough for their daughter Angel Iris, who friends say, Murphy still hasn’t bothered to see. Just ignant. Iiiig-nant!
