Is Whitney On Something?

For a $3 million payday, Whitney Houston dissed a small island, showed her diva-tude and then delivered a weak-ass show.
From AOL BV: R&B diva Whitney Houston disappointed a sold-out crowd who came to see a rare performance by the trouble-prone singer at the Plymouth Jazz Festival in Tobago on Sunday, April 27. The ‘Greatest Love of All’ singer performed on the last night of the festival, just before headliner Rod Stewart took the stage. Houston opened her show with ‘Its Not Right, But Its Okay’ and by her third song, ‘Saving All My Love,’ the once soprano’s newfound tenor tone was in full rasp. Delivering only seven songs during her 30 minute set, Houston was reportedly paid a whopping $3 million for the show. Though journalists were flown in from all over the world, Houston refused to allow media and photographers within 200 feet of the stage. She brought her own photographer to the venue and only he was allowed to shoot her performance. Wearing a white gown with a single shoulder strap, Houston skipped around the stage and continuously shouted to the crowd: “I love you Trinidad !’ Locals shouted back each time: “This is Tobago!”
Is she back on that stuff?
As I have said before both Whitney and Bobby are a “HOT MESS”and we have all heard the saying ” Once an addict always an addict” To bad for Whitney that no one has invented the Crack Patch yet.
I give anyone the benefit of doubt, she definately looks better. I pray that she recovers if she is still struggling with her addiction.
So she had one bad show. I’m sure all entertainers has had at least one show they would like to forget. Leave Whitney alone and support her efforts.
Trinidad & Tobago paid her $3m and all she delivered was 7 songs, that means she was paid $428,571.42 per song. Yep! She left her fans disappointed. Shame, Shame on you Whitney.
Everytime that I see Whitney and/or Bobby, I wonder why did those who were PAID to love them not do what they there PAID to do? I also wonder why we as fans just can’t seem to let them hit rock bottom? Why do we give them money to get high? Would you give your crackhead sister and brother your hard earned money?
Bobby performed in my city last year. He was added to the line-up after I brought my ticket. Cherelle was already apart opf the line-up. I didn’t know until she walked on stage that she was strung out. That’s sad. She was once one of my favorite singers. Bobby is a true entertainer. I was so impressed with his set. It’s just too bad that he can’t take that drive and apply to getting sober for once and for all.
I don’t blame Bobby for what happned to Whitney. There was a book about Whitney written by someone in her camp that told us that Whitney was strung out. However, he was looked upon as a hater who was out for a dollar. I guess he was telling the truth after all. Whitney told us herself that she was her own woman that Bobby was not a bad influnece on her. I believed her. Why? Because she’s an adult and able to make her own choices. I guess what I am saying is that we have all known about Whitney and her drama for years. We opted to ignore it. Just as we opted to ignore Pookie’s drama until he stole our VCR. We opted to ignore Nay-Nay’s drama until we cought her tricking with our drug-dealing boyfriend
If we really care about our stars we must love them enough to say no to them. No we will not buy your music. No we will not come see you. No we will not watch you on T.V. And no we will not pay Jamie Foster Borwn to make fools out of you all while she makes herself and her so called relationship with you all greater than what it is…a very not funny joke.
You can never be too sure with Whitney, or anyone who has or is still using these drugs. I just hope that she can get her act together soon before it’s too late. She is such a talented singer and it’s such a shame to see talented people like her doing drugs… It’s such a waste!

Descants….it was not even 7 songs it was only 4 songs she delivered for 3miliions she left he fans disappointed and top of dat she didn’t even no where she was…only shoutin i love u Trinidad…we have to tell he is Tobago you’re in she is back on the stuff…..get it together Wit….

THIS IS SERIOUS FOLKS. WHITNEY HAS A PROBLEM AND IT IS NOT BOBBY BROWN. I HOPE SHE CAN MAKE A COMEBACK, BUT TIME WAITS FOR NO ONE. REMEMBER WHITNEY YOU’RE NOT GETTING ANY YOUNGER. LETS ALL CONTINUE TO PRAY FOR WHITNEY.
All those years of crack and booze has damaged her vocals. She will never sound the same, but I wish her the best…
