Usher and Tameka Foster seem intent on out bashing each other!  TMZ just reported that the singer recently called the police accusing his ex-wife (well, almost, he still hasn’t signed the papers) of sneaking onto his property and scratching up one of his cars. Police investigated the call but Tameka was nowhere to be found when they arrived.  They later interviewed both Tameka and Usher about the incident but found that there was not enough evidence to support his claims. Two days later Usher called the cops again! The second time he said Tameka was on his property and refused to leave but again, when cops came out to the house she wasn’t on the scene.

Now Tameka might be sneaking around at night causing Usher all that strife, but her people told TMZ the whole story is untrue. “This is just another attempt to disparage Tameka. It’s simply an angry ploy that has no merit. Tameka’s own truck was scratched but it’s not clear how. The truck is registered in her name, it’s not even Usher’s car. Why would she vandalize her own vehicle?”

This is turning into a mess! Once upon a time they were trying to prove that they were so in love and that it really was going to last….

J-Hud’s New Man

The world got a glimpse of Jennifer Hudson and David Otunga’s little man, David Jr. this week. After keeping her pregnancy hush-hush, Jennifer sat down with People magazine for the cover story of their October 15th issue  and opened up on what it’s like to be a new mom. “He has a lot of personality, like David. He’s always been a good sleeper. His favorite time to smile now is diaper changes. Or when he spits up on you – he just cracks up like he thinks it’s the funniest thing,” she said. How precious!

Cased Dismissed
Not everybody hates Chris! A judge just dismissed a $5million dollar lawsuit that Chris Rock was slapped with by a woman claimed that he stole her idea for his new documentary Good Hair. Regina Kimbell claimed she showed her documentary My Nappy Roots to Rock back in 2007 and was shocked to later find that he was coming out with his own hair documentary. In the lawsuit, Kimbell lists a dozen similarities saying both movies explore the cultural significance of black hairstyles and feature interviews with celebrities, among other things.

In addition to asking for the monetary settlement Kimbell also tried to block production of Rock’s movie, but a judge wasn’t buying any of it. Rock has been cleared of all allegations and Good Hair will be released in theaters today.

Remember the days when those women on a mission for child support would plot out ways to seduce their rich victim of choice, poke a hole in the condom and turkey baste their way to victory? Nowadays schemers are opting instead to merely repeat a name over and over again and force the accused into submission.

That may be the case for model Monika Zsibrita, who has either been hit hard by the recession or the crazy.

Per her request, an LA judge has unsealed her suit against Chris Rock. She accuses him of raping her, talking about her negatively on Howard Stern’s radio show and having a criminal private investigator track her.

While separated from his wife, Rock met Zsibrita and had a whopping two dates with her – the second of which resulted in a sexual eruption.

After Zsibrita’s daughter was born in 1999, multiple DNA tests determined Rock was not the father. Two years after their encounter, she accused him of rape. He was never charged. Shocker.

Zsibrita hopes the court papers will help dissuade people from believing she’s a gold digger – as if that will make anyone forget she’s still sanity-deficient with too much time on her hands.  

Ten years, three no’s, and she’s still filing suits. Either she wants money or she just needs a prescription and a hobby (like finding her child’s real father) — call Maury and leave Chris alone!

You wouldn’t be able to tell based on the numbers that comedian Chris Rock pulled in during his 2008 international tour.

Rock earned $23 million from his 141 shows in eight different countries.

From England to South Africa, Rock had the crowds laughing all the way to the bank – - his bank that is.

“I got there early, and I really worked it,” he says. “You can’t go and just do a junket and think you’re gonna be a star. You have to spend time. Like campaigning, you gotta go to the orphanage, you gotta kiss the kids.”

Looks like all that kissing paid off in the end.

Chris Rock’s ex in Georgia is writing a tell-all book when in fact someone should
tell her to just go away. After all, a year ago DNA tests proved he’s not her baby
daddy.

Hard-headed Kali Bowyer circulated a press release for her upcoming book “Hollywood
Child,” claiming her past included “a hot affair with racy comedian Chris Rock,”
according to msnbc.com. Her life,
according to the release, “started crashing down all around her,” until “getting
pregnant with Chris’ son saved her life.”

Her pregnancy that resulted in the birth of her now 14-year-old son occured before
Chris’ 1996 marriage to Malaak Compton-Rock, the mother of his two children
Lola, 6, and Zahra, 4.

Rock’s attorney John Mayoue had not received the press release, but was quoted on
msnbc.com as saying, “I assume this is a publicity ploy for her alleged book.” On
the subject of paternity, Mayoue reiterated the decision of the Georgia court that
concluded that Rock was not the father of Bowyer’s son. “There is a final judgment.
This is not Chris Rock’s child. It’s been fully litigated, and that includes DNA
testing.”

MSNBC.com said Kali wants to continue fighting the paternity question in California
but Mayone dismisses that possibility. “The time for appeal has long since passed,”
he says. As for the book, which Bowyer will publish herself through Lulu Publishing,
Mayone says, “I’ve not seen this (press release for ‘Hollywood Child’), but I’m
sure that Mr. Rock will respond accordingly.”

Chris is headed Down Under for his “No Apologies” tour, which next stops
in Australia beginning Saturday. This isn’t the first time he’s had
to go through this. A Hungarian model, Monika Zsibrita, alleged she was pregnant
with Chris’ child in 1999. The comedian was separated from his wife when he
met the catwalker. Two subsequent DNA tests revealed that he was not that child’s
father either.

At some point, Kali should stop and think about what she’s doing to her son
by continuing these claims. Yeah, he deserves a daddy but he’s 14 and this
has to be embarrassing for him.
