Who’s Surprised She’s Lying?

Tell the truth and shame the whore, but according to Eddie Winslow Darius McCrary, he never put a ring on it.

A new video interview has surfaced and on explaining his attraction to Ms. Gag and Gossip, he said:

“First off I want to go on record to say that woman and I were never engaged that was all drummed up to sell books, It was fun I was raised in a church, reared in a church so this was my moment to be a bad boy, so this was my chance to get in touch with my b-boy side.”

OMG, you mean to tell me Karrine Steffans LIED to us about something?

Not Karrine “Don’t Call My Superhead Unless I’m Wearing It On A T-Shirt That Day” Steffans?

I would have never guessed she of all people would tell a fib about something.

I mean, if you can’t trust a woman who sexed up married men in confidence then wrote about it in a book, who can you trust?

Bless his heart, though. He thought he was going to get his church boy jollies off and found out Superslurp was nuttier than a cashew.

He goes on to say that he tried to stay in the relationship for the fate of her son, who he accused Karrine of mentally and physically abusing. However, he said he had to think of his son own son – who Karrine was jealous of.

Karrine?! Jealous? Noooo!

Can I Get A Girl, Bye?

Published by Runteldat on Thursday, July 23, 2009 at 11:50 am.

If you have created a career and brand based on taking people’s husbands and sucking them up like a vacuum cleaner, do you have the right to be pretentious?

I would think no, but Karrine Steffans obviously feels otherwise.

No knocks to her hustle, but when she says, “As a wife and mother of two…” am I the only one who starts laughing?

Your claim to fame is that you gave rappers head. You’re nickname is “Superhead.”

Why are you mad the interviewer questioned whether you were sharing whore tips when your first book was dedicated to whore activities?

If I were interviewing a chef and asked him what’s cooking in the kitchen, wouldn’t he be foolish to look at me and say, “How dare you ask me about food?”

As Necole Bitchie noted, Karrine has turned her nose up at black media in the past.

Well, look at the mainstream media treats you, Mrs. Eddie Winslow? How you like them apples?

Karrine On Lola: She’s Not Famous, So I Don’t Care

Published by Runteldat on Monday, July 13, 2009 at 11:55 am.

I had a feeling when Karrine Steffans finally chose to respond to Angel Lola Luv’s comments about her she would do so in this way.

In a recent interview, Lola said the image of video girls Karrine conveyed in her book, Confessions of a Video Vixen, help perpetuate the image that all video girls suck and roll their way to success.

Well, XXLMag.com caught up with The Incredible Jaw to get her response to Luv’s charges.

She said:

“I don’t respond to that. I don’t even know who she is, but she knows who I am. That means I’m famous and she’s not. So automatically, we don’t have to discuss her. We just go back to talking about me because I’m the only famous person in this sentence. That’s that.”

I’m not surprised a woman whose fame is centered on slurping celebrities would limit discussions to who’s famous and who’s not. Her next book is coming out soon…of course.

Lola: Karrine Made It Hard For Video Girls

Published by Runteldat on Wednesday, June 24, 2009 at 11:50 am.

angel-lola-luv

Melyssa Ford isn’t the only one out there trying to save the image of video girls.

When asked about video girl stereotypes and its most famous perpetuator, Karrine Steffans, Angel Lola Luv didn’t mince words and made it clear that Karrine, her jaw, and those books she’s penned are what give video girls a bad name.

In the video, the video vixen turned femcee branded her selfish and hungry for money – accusing her of making it difficult for other women who try to use videos as a springboard to other career in entertainment.

She’s since elaborated on her comments via a blog entry on Global Grind.

Here’s an excerpt:

“There are a lot of different reasons why I could never ride with the choices that ‘Superhead” made. I feel as though she played a major part in people really believing that all video vixens are just like her. Which is TOTALLY wrong! There is a difference between a ‘Video Vixen/Model’ and a ‘Video Hoe/Groupie.’  From the way they conduct themselves, their mentality and of course their agenda!  The perceptions that people have of me and most video models are the total opposite of reality. They see things from the outside. So they have no idea about what goes on behind the scenes with the ones that do this to benefit themselves in a positive way. In order to book me for any gig or video people would get in contact with my manager. I wouldn’t meet these artists until I got on set. While on set I didn’t fraternize with the artists. I would either be shooting or waiting in the trailer until it was my time. As soon as I was done shooting I would leave. If anyone asked for my contact they would either get directed to my manager if she was nearby or I would give them her contact info. If they were really trying to do business then they wouldn’t have a problem getting in contact with her.”

I’m sure some people would argue pot meet kettle, but to be fair, Lola has every right to say not everyone hangs around the video set hoping to slurp their way to stardom.

Video Girls Think, Too

Published by Runteldat on Friday, June 19, 2009 at 11:50 am.

melyssa-ford-jadore

There’s this theory about video girls (usually called something else): They’ll spread their legs for any rapper that will let them bend over enough times in their videos to net a King cover (R.I.P.).

Melyssa Ford, however, has always stood up against the stereotype that every video vixen gets their Karrine Steffans on behind the scenes.

Gracing the cover of J’Adore magazine, Ms. Ford spoke on her experiences in the world of hip-hop videos and the male chauvinists she’s had to encounter.

Ford said:

“Addressing misconceptions, she adds, ‘When I come across the opportunity to talk, people are kind of surprised that I have some degree of intelligence.’

I was making my way through this male-dominated business with my partner and manager, Daniella Cobb, and we would be in meetings where we would wrap up a meeting with whomever, and the ensuing question would be, ‘So when are we going to f–k?’ It was frustrating; my reaction was like, ‘Were you present in this meeting!? Do you understand that that’s not why we’re here?!’ Women have to walk a fine line in this business. You’ve got to act like steel magnolias. You’ve got to be firm and ladylike, and know exactly what you want in order to make it in this business and what you’re talking about. As a woman, you have to take what you want by force, but analyze how that force has to be used.”

If I’m being honest, when I read a blog entry from Melyssa about global warming, my initial reaction was, “Shouldn’t she be fonting about twirking?”

But the post was actually well thought out and didn’t make me want to curse the person who bought her a keyboard. She showed me.

Melyssa is absolutely right in saying you can’t judge every book by its cover…or in her case thong.

Guess Who Put A Ring On It

Published by Runteldat on Monday, April 20, 2009 at 12:01 am.

So after putting him on blast for having a penchant for anal beads, in addition to accusing him of being abusive, Karrine Steffans wants us all to know that everything is now cool between her and the guy forever known to the world as Eddie Winslow.

In fact, super duper jaws has made an announcement: “I’s married now.”

Talking love, sex, and BS with Jawn Murray, Karrine Steffans said she and Darius McCrary are married.

Mrs. Eddie Winslow said:

“Darius and I have always been married whether it’s spiritually or legally, we’re married on both levels; legally, on paper, signed, sealed, delivered.”

When asked about the wedding date and marriage license, Karrine says that’s all “confidential.”

Funny how Lady Run Tel Dat suddenly wants to start keeping secrets, isn’t it?

As for those Bow Wow rumors, she chalked that up to internet hearsay although if I recall correctly it was her constantly shouting him out via Twitter.

Good luck, Darius.

Ready for the Book of Badu?

Published by Runteldat on Thursday, April 2, 2009 at 8:00 am.

A lot of people have criticized Erykah Badu for having children with multiple fathers. As long as I don’t have to pay child support for any of them, she can do what she pleases with her uterus.

But, one thing I wouldn’t mind learning a little bit about is what exactly she does to the men she dates.

During her VH1 Storytellers set last year Erykah said, “Don’t listen to the tabloids, they’re not always true, but what they say about me and the men? Yeah, that’s true.”

You see, she acknowledges that she’s behind André 3000 dressing like seven decades ago. And now she’s contemplating writing a book about it.

As fun as her Twitter page is, there’s only so much you can say in 140 characters or less. Wouldn’t a book themed around how she turns everyone out make for a good read?

I’d much rather read that than Karrine Steffan’s upcoming book on how to seduce a man…and get death threats from his wife.

Karrine The Sex Columnist

Published by Runteldat on Friday, March 20, 2009 at 10:00 am.

Contributor: Runteldat

Get a load of this: Not only is Karrine Steffans writing on a site called Mom Logic, but she’s writing on topics like low self-esteem and sexual health. Don’t laugh yet. Wait until you read the rest.

Here’s an excerpt from her entry, “Sex and the Single Girl:”

Physically, a woman can become worn from the elements of casual sex. A single girl has the potential of sleeping with more than one man on more than one occasion. Not only does this greaten her chances of accidental pregnancy and disease, but also, to be put it gently, the potential for wear and tear. As a visual, imagine the anatomy of a female porn star. I think I’ve made my point.

So by Carrie Fakeshaw’s own logic, her special place probably resembles the hole in the ozone layer.

I suppose if you look for insight on sex and self-esteem from the likes of a woman commonly known as “Superhead,” you probably are waiting for Rick Ross to drop a healthy cookbook.
