Hip-hop and fashion guru — and ahem, Emmy-nominated producer — Sean (Diddy) Combs threw a birthday party for the mother of three of his kids and former flame Kim Porter. Apparently, in spite of it all, the two are still friends.

The shindig went down last night at Murano restaurant in West Hollywood and 27 guests, which included Ellen Pompeo and husband Chris Ivery along with Grey’s Anatomy costar Sara Ramirez and Lisa Gastineau. The festivities started at about 8 p.m. and included a four-course meal and a three-berry cake from the nearby Sweet Lady Jane bakery.
