Hiphossip.com’s Kemi is the latest blogger to accuse Tameka Raymond of harassing them.

What the hell, I got home and this person really did their homework as my number is listed in info. I am a public person. Tameka went to my sites, got my real name and called 411 and she called my home and at 11am this morning I ran to the computer and fielded an e-mail to Tiny’s publicist and Tiny’s cell and facebook. Wouldn’t you think that it’s her story and want it her way? That is how I practice Journalism.

My kid 8-year-old son KJ now listened to the messages while we were out and ran to me that there is a message from a woman that said “This is Tameka Foster, Usher’s wife and I read what you wrote about me, F*CK you!”

This is very shocking and uncalled for as I am the one that has always written good things about Tameka. What didn’t she like? I report from the wires and I also commented on Ryan Cameron’s interview with her. Good things as in supporting her. She really owes me an apology. I am going to change this to an MP3 and put it out there. Anyone that wants it can request it. I am really shocked that some of us Journos are fair and this is what we get. Pls advise me what to do. Should I air this message? I would like to speak to her if anyone knows her. I wanna know why she is mad at me. These are the only stories I have done of her in the last 12 months. Always supported her….

Not even five days ago did Tameka Raymond appear on Atlanta’s V103 radio and claim that she doesn’t pay attention to any of the bloggers.

Usher and Tameka Foster seem intent on out bashing each other!  TMZ just reported that the singer recently called the police accusing his ex-wife (well, almost, he still hasn’t signed the papers) of sneaking onto his property and scratching up one of his cars. Police investigated the call but Tameka was nowhere to be found when they arrived.  They later interviewed both Tameka and Usher about the incident but found that there was not enough evidence to support his claims. Two days later Usher called the cops again! The second time he said Tameka was on his property and refused to leave but again, when cops came out to the house she wasn’t on the scene.

Now Tameka might be sneaking around at night causing Usher all that strife, but her people told TMZ the whole story is untrue. “This is just another attempt to disparage Tameka. It’s simply an angry ploy that has no merit. Tameka’s own truck was scratched but it’s not clear how. The truck is registered in her name, it’s not even Usher’s car. Why would she vandalize her own vehicle?”

This is turning into a mess! Once upon a time they were trying to prove that they were so in love and that it really was going to last….

J-Hud’s New Man

The world got a glimpse of Jennifer Hudson and David Otunga’s little man, David Jr. this week. After keeping her pregnancy hush-hush, Jennifer sat down with People magazine for the cover story of their October 15th issue  and opened up on what it’s like to be a new mom. “He has a lot of personality, like David. He’s always been a good sleeper. His favorite time to smile now is diaper changes. Or when he spits up on you – he just cracks up like he thinks it’s the funniest thing,” she said. How precious!

Cased Dismissed
Not everybody hates Chris! A judge just dismissed a $5million dollar lawsuit that Chris Rock was slapped with by a woman claimed that he stole her idea for his new documentary Good Hair. Regina Kimbell claimed she showed her documentary My Nappy Roots to Rock back in 2007 and was shocked to later find that he was coming out with his own hair documentary. In the lawsuit, Kimbell lists a dozen similarities saying both movies explore the cultural significance of black hairstyles and feature interviews with celebrities, among other things.

In addition to asking for the monetary settlement Kimbell also tried to block production of Rock’s movie, but a judge wasn’t buying any of it. Rock has been cleared of all allegations and Good Hair will be released in theaters today.

Usher filed for divorce from his wife Tameka back in June but apparently now he’s dragging his feet on making it a done deal.

According to RadarOnline.com, the Grammy-winning R&B star has yet to put his signature on the divorce papers he filed in Atlanta’s Superior Court even though a source says they agreed on the terms and conditions about a month ago.

What’s the hold up?  Usher sure was quick to sing about breaking free in the latest single he released earlier this week which is slated to be on his upcoming album currently titled “Raymond vs. Raymond.”  The track, titled “Papers” is all about his estranged wife (you know Usher can’t make a good album unless he’s going through some relationship drama!).  Check the lyrics:

“I gave my heart and turned my back against the world/’Cause you were my girl/ I done damn near lost my mama/ I done been through so much drama / I done turned into the man that I never though I’d be/I’m ready to sign those papers/ I done took all I can take but you leave me no options girl”

Ok if it’s all that, don’t talk about it, be about it Usher!

There’s a picture of Tameka Raymond with her gut hanging over and stretch marks only a bottle of Palmer’s Cocoa Butter could love floating around the Web.

When the shot hit these internets people assumed that she must have developed some sort of complex, because you know, Usher’s six pack game is tighter than Budweiser’s. So naturally Tameka would go get surgery to keep her man, right?

Maybe not as that shot might not have even been real.

Tameka has finally spoken up about the surgical procedure that almost did her in.

When asked about the picture in question and the near death experience in a Brazilian hospital, the soon-to-be ex Mrs. Raymond said:

“Yes, there is an unauthorized altered photo that was taken with the intent of being a head shot (ie; to be cropped at the chest), it was not styled at all and shot at the end of a shoot. Unfortunately, it got into the wrong hands and a little Photoshop work is done and ‘voila’ you have a bad and funny shot of someone’s wife. A real knee-slapper. As far as my experience in Brazil, I NEVER had any cosmetic surgery done at all. I was to undergo a standard 30-40 min procedure and I had an adverse reaction to the anesthesia, nothing was ever started or happened. Never was there a planned ‘tummy tuck’ as reported. I have had nothing done aside from being birthed from parents blessed with awesome health and good genetics. I love me/ my body yet for a brief moment I got a little caught up in the Worldly perception of beauty and made an impromptu, unwise decision that I learned a valuable lesson from, I was only two months post delivery. I thank God for all that he has blessed me with. There are no complexes, no shortcuts and to stay focused is the answer.”

Oh and those pesky rumors that Usher tried to Maury her, Tameka said:

“It’s insane. I think the pseudo-DNA Request first ran in the National Enquirer, somewhere between them purporting lewd things about Michelle Obama and underneath the headline that we had captured Osama Bin Laden lol.  Many bloggers like the afore mentioned Atlanta woman continue to circulate these fraudulent news pieces, so it’s like I don’t even need to discredit them because they discredit themselves.  My husband even found it appalling. He was present for the births of both children and would never deny them. We both find it rude and absurd.”

The soon to be ex-Mrs. Usher says she had no idea that Urshur was about to dump her because they only “got it in” a week prior to him filing for divorce.

In new court documents, Tameka Raymond disputes Usher’s claims that the two have been separated since July 2008.

In papers filed on Monday she said she “had every reason to believe her marriage was intact” and that two were “intimately together as husband and wife as recently as June 6.”

If true, that would mean mini-Ben Vereen smashed his wife one last time then upped and divorced her without letting her know.

CLASSY, Usher.

I thought Nas and Kelis were engaging in a messy divorce, but from the looks of it those two may have nothing on Usher and Tameka Raymond.

Sources close to the mother of Usher’s kids say Tameka feels that her soon-to-be ex-husband has launched a nasty public smearing campaign.

They told Radar:

“[Tameka] is spitting mad against the campaign that has been waged against her just before Usher filed for divorce in Atlanta. He could have had the papers sealed but chose not to and stories were being leaked about the divorce two days before the papers were actually filed at Atlanta’s Superior Court.”

They also contest claims by Ur-shur that the two have been separated for a year.

The source added:

“Claims that they had been separated for around one year are just not true – they only split up around March of 2009.”

Even worse is word that Usher had a Maury moment and requested a DNA test to see if 6-month old Naviyd was really his son.

I realize I’m not privy to the intricate details of their personal life, but isn’t that request a little low of baby Ben Vereen?

And maybe, just maybe, he could’ve called and told his wife, “Yeah, I’m gonna file for divorce.”

Here’s what Tameka’s BFF told Essence.com:

“She didn’t know that he was going to file. Of course, she knew that there were challenges in their relationship and had been some discord since March and was aware there were some things that needed to be worked through. But did she know that divorce was imminent? No. It was a total surprise.”

Between this, and all of the dirt being being thrown on Tameka’s name, should she step up and pop back at Team Usher?

It’s pretty standard for an attorney in a divorce case to ask for financial and medical records on their client’s behalf.

But Usher seems to be going the extra mile in how he’s handling his divorce from Tameka Raymond.

In court papers, Usher asked for “notes, cards, letters, photographs, film, documents, tapes, voice recordings, gift, jewelry, clothes” or any other type of evidence that reflects on Usher’s behavior during their marriage.

Oh it gets worse. He also wants detective reports, photos or recordings that have resulted from either “surveillance or investigation.”

Translation: Usher’s aware of the rumors that Tameka hired a private investigator to keep tabs on him since the time of their split and he’s not trying to be Karrined a second time.

Usher has even asked for “any and all diaries or personal notes kept…during the course of the marriage.”

Really, though? You want to read her diary, Usher?

This sounds like the actions of a person who has something to hide. You know, gather up all of the information you can to avoid any of it leaking to the press. What a fun marriage this had to have been.

I’ll be curious to know what’s in Tameka’s diary that Usher’s so pressed to read.

Probably something like:

“Dear Diary.

I haven’t seen Usher lately. Have you?

Sadness,

Mrs. Raymond”

Ok, I’m about tired of celebrities adamantly denying rumors that we knew were true from jump!

The latest in celeb denials, of course, came from Usher and Tameka Raymond about their marital problems.

Now back in May when rumors surfaced of a separation, Usher was all too pressed to lash out and shoot down the allegations.  That month he went on the Ellen DeGeneres Show and waxed poetic about his wife saying: “She’s built up … the foundation of who I am. I want to see more men standing with their women.”  His manager Benny Medina also insisted reports that the couple was splitting were, “100 percent not true.”

Even Tameka laughed off the rumors and went as far as going toe to toe with bloggers who questioned the relationship. Now a mere month later the divorce papers have been filed and today, Tameka sang a different tune on Twitter:

“@TamekaRaymond: Afternoon. Today is beautiful, there’s a black dog barking outside, I JUST realized that I’d rather have 5 sons over 1 dog. Sorry.”

(Side Note: how long do you think it will take for her to change her Twitter name to “TamekaFoster”?)

Now I understand celebrities deserve their privacy on these personal issues, but PSA: You don’t have to lie to kick it!

What’s the point of working overtime with your publicist to deny a pregnancy (um, like Jennifer Hudson’s reps until her friend outted the news), a marriage (Jay-Z and Beyonce), a relationship (Chris Brown and Rihanna) when we’ll definitely see the baby bump, marriage certificate (or divorce papers!), or  picutres of you and the person that you swear up and down you’re “just friends, like brother and sister” with,  tonguing each other down on a beach?

Isn’t it just so much easier to say ”no comment”?

Usher has been photographed without wearing his wedding ring lately and hasn’t been seen with his wife publicly in months. This has led some to suspect that things between he and Tameka Raymond aren’t going all that well.

However, Tameka laughs off such criticism and since she’s already had two of his kids, I imagine they still get along enough to create children.

Still, some bloggers aren’t convinced and recently blogger Sandra Rose and Tameka took shots at each other for the world to see.

I guess Chris Brown has decided that it’s safe to finally crawl from up under the rock he’s been hiding under.

Over the weekend Chris was spotted sitting next to his long time idol Usher at the Orlando Magic/Cleveland Cavaliers game.

I guess the two have patched things up since Usher made comments (that he later retracted) that it’s probably not the best idea to be grinning on jet skis after you’ve been accused of beating up your famous girlfriend.

Both are at work on new albums. Usher has just confirmed his forthcoming new album will be called Monster (you can stop making Tameka jokes now).

As for Chris Brown, Ryan Leslie will reportedly be working with Bad News Brown’s third album.
