Lil’ Wayne To Play Jesus?

In I-hope-lightning-doesn’t-strike news, Lil’ Wayne will reportedly voice Jesus in a cartoon entitled Freaknik.
Yes, you read that right: Lil’ Wayne as Jesus in a cartoon called Freaknik.
The series, which will begin airing on Adult Swim on March 01, will see Weezy star alongside T-Pain and David Banner.
Wayne is said to appear in an animated music video for the program “Ghetto Commandments” as Jesus Christ.
I can already hear pastors causing a ruckus over this. Not that I blame considering Jesus was said to have turned water into wine, not cough syrup into a choice cocktail. Fortunately for Wayne he’ll be in jail – praying soap on a rope works.
To each is own…. But I couldn’t/wouldn’t do that. Joke or not, somethings you just don’t do.
