Master P Joins Reality TV World, Teams Up With Vh1

I started to feel like reality TV land was running out of rappers and/or entertainers who might come out with a show that would help me procrastinate actually hold my attention. I guess I forgot about Master P. Unnnnnnngh! (couldn’t resist). Yep. The former No Limit Soldier is teaming up with Vh1 to executive produce and host No Excuses, a show that will help a gang member reform his life.

No Excuses stars Torrie Jackson, out of Los Angeles, a trite thug who needs an extra push to steer him in a positive direction. The young man’s girlfriend is the one who pleaded for help because Jackson refuses to get a legitimate job and be a positive role model for his son, so this is where Master P steps in. After completing various activities from handing out fliers in a lobster suit to cleaning kitchens, Master P begins to show Jackson the exceptional things you can do when you stop making excuses.

If anyone is worth listening to, it’s Master P! The New Orleans-born rapper is the same dude who went from rapping about how to turn powder cocaine into crack, to appearing in Dancing With the Stars and on Nickelodeon. I’m sold.

No excuses airs on October 26 at 10:30 pm.

Hey Master P,
My name is Phylis, and I have a boyfriend that is interested in playing a part in your new realiity show NO EXCUSES. He will be 27 tomorrow and he has been saying for the last 6yrs I have been with him that he wants to change his lifestyle. He used to run on the streets and do a lot of bad stuff. I don’t want to say unless in person. He has stopped most of it, but still has some bad habits that I feel is stopping from him succeding in life. I thought that if you could talk to him, and see if you would interested in helping and motivate and direct him in the right direction. We live in Ft. Worth, Tx, You can hit me up by email or call 817-323-5291. Thank you for your time.
