Like many of you, I’m sitting here counting down the days until Nene, Sheree, and ‘nem (yes, ‘nem) bring their BAMS, hisses, and messiness back to Bravo with the second season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta.

However, after being sucked into ATL’s version of the series, I found myself following every season thereafter. One of my installments of the popular Bravo series is The Real Housewives of New York City.

Bethenny Frankel battling loopy model Kelly Bensimon and  Jill Zarin and Ramona Singer eating at each other’s throats is good TV.

But, will the latter two of the housewife group make it into the show’s three seaons? Apparently Zarin and Singer are holding out trying to get more money out of Bravo. In response, Bravo has announced a casting call for new housewives.

It seems Zarin and Singer believe they are the biggest stars of the show. I could see Jill thinking that, but I can do without Ramona. I like her, but not enough for her to think she’s the ratings earner of the bunch. The biggest divas of the show are Bethenny, maybe Jill, and of course, househusband Simon.

I am curious to see how the Countess Luanne (you always have to preface her name with her title) will behave on the show now that it’s a given her husband ditched her for an affair in Africa, but I’m more focused on Bethenny, Jill, and Kelly’s nutty self.

Don’t leave me hanging, ya’ll. Am I the only one who watches the New York housewives or is everyone holding out for Atlanta on July 30?
