Welcome To Dreamland

When Ciara worked with Jazze Pha, she sold two million albums, earned two number one singles, and notched a couple of top five hits.
When she grinded on Justin Timberlake she scored a brief top ten hit and then, well, go look at Billboard.
Suffice to say, Jazze Pha knows how to craft a hit, and since he’s no longer spending a lot of time with Ciara, it ’s possible he has a few hits left in him to pass off to the winner of BET’s new series, Welcome to Dreamland.
Producers Jazze Pha and Drumma Boy (T.I., Rick Ross, Young Jeezy, Monica) will serve as coaches for an elimination competition where 8 female singers live in the Dreamland house and go through a series of challenges.
The last two remaining finalists will then compete in a final concert performance for a recording contract produced by Jazze Pha and Drumma Boy.
The show premieres on BET on June 2nd at 10:30 P.M./9:30 central.

Most auditions with major producers are held on a private type basis, but I would have loved to try out! There is major talent all over the world…don’t give up hope just believe in yourself and your dream…with God all things are possible.

THIS WEB SITE HAS A ICON FOR EVERYTHING ELSE …..OTHER THEN OPEN CASTING CALL’S… I’M A VIEWER ALONG WITH OTHER PEOPLE ….AND THIS IS WRONG…MANY OF US SHOULD HAVE AT LEAST HAD A CHANCE TO TRY OUT FOR DREAM LAND….. NO MATTER WHERE IT WAS HELD… A LISTING OF “OPEN CASTING CALL’S NEED’S TO BE ADDED…. MTV, VH1…has one….VIEWER’S MAKE UP 100% IF THE SHOW FAIL’S OR NOT…. SO DON’T CHEAT THE ONE’S THAT CARE THE MOST…WE HAVE DREAM’S TO!!! AND, I MEAN DAT SHI@!#%*$^

Who in the hell is Producing this show? Who decided to do eliminations on the bus while the engine was running? How is the audio mixer in Post supposed to get rid of the hum? lol
Who is this guy who did the eliminations? He’s WACK!!!! I have two words. Supervising Producer! Fire them. Whoever decided to do eliminations in this fashion really killed the show. I would hope that in future episodes something else has been worked out.
The girls need to be standing during eliminations and a better place would be indoors. Perhaps the HOUSE? Why spend the money on the house if it isn’t going to be utilized to it’s fullest potential?
This sort of thing really makes me angry. As an African American Producer in Hollywood who has worked on countless reality shows for VH1 and MTV, it pains me to see things not done correctly on BET. This has gotta stop. There are plenty of African Americans who are QUALIFIED to work on and Produce Television out here. Who is writing checks to these Production Companies who do shows like this and Baldwin Hills? I worked on Baldwin Hills first season and I will NEVER work with a company like that again.
They didn’t know what they were doing AT ALL. And furthermore the company that Produced it was not even African American. It was a White Irish guy from Boston! WTF?????
Come on BET, get it together. Please get qualified people to do your Reality TV.
And PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE have someone QUALIFIED give notes on the cuts coming from the Production Company.
All this hiring people and signing checks because you know them has got to stop.
There are QUALITY AFRICAN AMERICAN PROFESSIONALS who can do this and do it RIGHT!
i hope kia bianica r sabrina win
this is old in gorgia we saw this already an i know who will when
Has anyone viewed any postings on Dreamland auditions????????If so post the url
Thanks.
