Why So Soon, Kandi?

Funny, I’ve been listening to Xscape’s “Can’t Hang” all week and as it turns out, Kandi Burruss herself can’t – at least not with The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
What a pity that word says the only housewife with some real money (no offense, Lisa Wu Hartwell), is likely not to reenact her contract when it expires at the end of the season.
What’s the problem? It seems the singing scribe can’t take all of the drama associated with the show.
If you’re like me you’re thinking: What show did Kandi think she was signing up for? Sesame Street?
I guess she thought the drama was all for show, but if you’ve even spent five minutes in Atlanta’s social scene, you know drama is one thing not made up.

“Kandi feels that NeNe [Leakes] is a faker who plays all of her “friends” off of each other. While most people labeled her castmate, Sheree’ Whitfield as the troublemaker it was NeNe all along. During her brief period on the show, Kandi, being from the “A,” is not one to sit by and be disrespected so she never fails to stand up to NeNe, which in turn causes conflict. I guess all the other castmates kiss “A”zz while Kandi stands her ground. Being that we’ve only seen a few episodes so far, the real drama has yet to be seen on the show.”

I suppose we’ll have to see how bad it gets for ourselves this season, but if I were Kandi, I’d stick around for the show. If she’s really back on the solo star trek, it would behoove her to milk this show for all the publicity its worth.
That is something she needs to think about because as I was listening to her sing throughout the first few episodes she needs to let the singing part go! It is in the past girl! If she is going to be sounding like that on a CD I don’t see me buying it or any of my friends for that matter!

Well well well….I see lies and drama don’t only surface on “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.”
looks like the editor of this s**t has her own imagination of who is the drama starter.
Anyway…NeNe and Kandi may have beef why i don’t know yet. I love both girls for who they’re however…I believe NeNe is cut throat and tells it like it is.
I can’t say what NeNe and Kandi got going on, cause they show has not aired yet… I surly hope it’s not spitefulness towards NeNe because shes not the best looking chick on the show, but is the most out spoken one. Remember Folks that anger was directed towards her in the first season by Sheree just cause she did’nt feel NeNe was pretty enough or dressed good enough to be one of the house wifes of Alanta. How cruel
Kandi is very pretty and out of all the ladies i see Kandi is the one with Real Class. NO disrespect to any of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta.” This is simply my opinion.
Lastly…. Kandi you seem to love your future hubby, and he seems like a nice guy who loves you and that is what matters most, but i see you with a more handsome man who is a great guy that has no kids. Sorry AJ but that is what i see in Kandi’s future.
I forgot to mention theres only 2 women on the show actually married… NeNe & Lisa so why is the show titled “The REAL HOUSEWIVES OF ALANTA”?? real corny mannnnn! lol

I disagree. I believe it’s a smart move by Kandi because as an artist that wants to be taken seriously for her craft, she doesn’t want to be known more for the show. I would assume she wants to be recognized for her music. Too much publicity regarding this show and the drama associated with it will just overshadow anything else she does. For example Lindsey Lohan. Great actress but partied too much always on the scene which overshadowed her career.

So far this season Kandi is by far my favorite REAL housewife of Atlanta. She is the youngest and also the most mature. She gives the show a different vibe. If she leaves at the end of this season, I’m not sure I’ll be watching next year because I don’t think I can watch the other housewives repeat the same ole drama.

I love Kandi on the show, she is the only one with some real money and some real talent. She may as well milk the show to push her music, I mean sells are down across the board for even established artist. So with her coming back in she will need the publicity the show will bring. Kandi baby girl, it is just a show. If I were you I would keep my AJ business to myself because that is your boo and you are too sensitive when it comes to people telling you their opiniion of him.
