FAME | Exclusive Stills

fame3254Fame is in theaters September 25th and MGM provided BET.com with exclusive images.  Fame is an updated version of the 1980 Oscar winning classic, which starred Debbie Allen and Irene Cara.  The movie follows the story of talented teens who attend New York High School of Performing Arts.  Fame was also a successful television series from 1982 to 1987 and had a young Janet Jackson in the cast.

This time around there is a whole new group of teens (nope, no dancing Leroy!) and one of the stars is up and coming Naturi Naughton, who played Lil’ Kim in Notorious.  Debbie Allen also returns, not as the ferocious dance instructor but Principal Simms.
